Stay a couple feet farther away and you wont have problems with the neighboring cans. You can semi close the claw when you come up to each can. (Yes im an expert, i drove one too)

looks like he's dumping the yard cans pulled from the rout Green Blue and Trash in the same load headed to the landfill that's the difference in city and contracted trucks, contractors better keep those separate

LA Trashman ..only ones taken to recycling facility are the blue bins...black goes straight to a landfill and green waste goes to a mulching facility.
