Jamaican Banana Fritters

Great use for overripe bananas! A very simple dish that can be enjoyed at breakfast or for dessert. When using it for dessert with vanilla icecream, I may add spices/flavourings like nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. I rarely measure ingredients for this. I just eyeball it and try to create a batter that's not to thin or too thick. it should be sweet and slightly salty. If you'd like exact measurements they can be found in my book⬇️

​@@JerenesEatsI don't think any Jamaican makes it without cinnamon, vanilla or nutmeg...it's a must in that recipe no matter when you are having it. It's like cooking chicken and not seasoning it. Hope you enjoyed it though 😢
