6th century: Turks at the east, Persians at the west
15th century: Turks at the west, Persians at the east.
    damn! How does that happen?

Seljuks just invaded whole Iran and attacked byzantine, then conquered Anatolia. then Seljuks settled millions of Turks to Anatolia and created a mixed nation of Native Anatolians and Turkic peoples. there are still Turk countries in east side of Iran, such as Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgzstan etc. and not 15th century, Turks got Anatolia in 11th century.

Jai Hinduja. In fact, Israeli archaeologists believe that Samarkand or the new Samaria founded by the Hephthalites were the 10 lost tribes of Israel.

Wouldn't it be beneficial to add specific sources?

    • @KhansDen

It certainly would as we did just that to our blog articles. Thank you for the suggestion! We will gradually add historical sources to all of our videos in the near future.
Check back later for our next video "1. Turco-Persian" war, where we will mention all sources directly in the video.

@@KhansDen That's great man, I usually advise folk to not watch videos on history as the lack of direct references make them unreliable but I might recommend your videos once you include sources in your videos.

@@kubilaybalci5724 No, you are absolutely right with that statement. Nowadays, anyone can make up stories and frame them as history. So we do have to be careful with what we believe.
We from The Khan's Den, however, take this project series very serious and have thus added our historical sources to every video. Thanks again for your advice!

Jai Hinduja. We now know that all Turkic tribals have a common ancestor living in China's northeast Liao valley 9000 years ago.
