I LOVE the little bourke's and hand raise 3 or 4 every year (from one pair). People drive for hours to get them, as they are so gentle and sweet. I handle them a LOT, so that they not only step up and give kisses, but they also enjoy being held...They are so gentle natured, I caution people about having them with other parrots and with dogs or cats, and I never clip their wings.
Ah Im glad to hear you’re not breeding. I feel conflicted about making these breeds popular by exposure. They’re extremely gentle, even store parakeets/budgies can be bossy to them. And the pink color of the bourkes probably attract impulse buys. I don’t want to be a curmudgeon, but Im disillusioned with impulse buyers of birds. These guys are so delicate and vulnerable.
Me and my bird love this video!

Do your turks ever give a whistle call? I would love if you’d post a clip one day ❤
Good question. They do. I have multiple video's of them and their sounds🤗
Do you ever sell Bourkes
Hi😀, no I do not breed or sell birds.
Unfortunally I can not help you with finding breeders. I do not live in America.
