Flash floods at Upper Bukit Timah and Dunearn Road

Heavy showers spawned flash floods across several parts of Singapore on Tuesday (Aug 24) morning as rainfall closed in on record highs.
In a Facebook post, water agency PUB said flash floods occurred at Dunearn Road between Sime Darby Centre and Binjai Park, causing roads to be impassable.
