The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is the premier late night talk show on CBS, airing at 11:35pm EST, streaming online via Paramount+, and delivered to the International Space Station on a USB drive taped to a weather balloon. She is so right about music, my Dad had Altzheimers, he lost his speech but one day a group of singers came to the nursing home to sing all the old wartime songs. My Dad stood up the front with them and sang along, word perfect. The nurses said they were in tears he was having such a good time.
What the hell? She's releasing a movie, a jazz record and a hyper pop remix album all within a few months of each other, while also honoring Tony for being the great jazz legend that he is and raising awareness for Alzheimer's and the power of music.
Oh how I LOVE HER! She rarely does interviews. She doesn’t fake laugh or do the phoney thing. She uses her moments for what she cares about. And it’s always magical.
Let’s also not forget that Tony was also the late Amy Winehouse’s idol too. ❤️
Lady GaGa, has become much more than music. A VOICE in the world without singing. Keep it up Lady.
When she talked about Tony and music, I started crying. My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and has always loved bolero music and Rocio Durcal. Every time I put that music, she starts humming and singing. Music is truly magic as Gaga said. Global treasures are what Tony and Gaga are.
If I ever suffer from dementia or Alzheimers, just tell someone to play Lady Gaga's "Just Dance". That's all I need.
Notice how in all of her responses and stories she is frames it around other people instead of "me me me" like the typical celebrities. She's fucking awesome.
