Pandit Ji might have probably got this Concept from the Shruthi / Swara Bhedham practiced by Musicians of KarnAtic Music , wherein a second Raag will be produced by the temporary shifting of Shadjamam to another note in the first Raag taken for exploring ! Of course the feat will be performed single-handedly only by a single Artist for a very much short duration of time & afterwards he or she will be returning to the original Shruthi !
Yes, that's right... This is called Murchana Bhed in Hindustani Classical Music... But to use this to present 2 different Raags by Male and female vocalists simultaneously is a unique concept without diluting the classicism... Pandit Jasraj ji will remembered eternally for Jasrangi Jugalbandi... Jai Ho 😇🙏🙌
