We have in our small town an approx. 0.5 cm thick info newspaper containing actually only Blahblah. The distributor stuffs about 5 cm of leaflet material. The mailbox is so full of it that business mail no longer fits in or gets lost in it. In bad weather, all the crap falls into the garden and spreads over a large area. My 15x15 cm "no advertising - no free newspapers!" sign on the mailbox is just as useless as 2,735 emails and 327 phone calls to the distributor. The last time I threatened to come by and dump my entire 60x60x150 cm paper garbage can on the boss's desk. It all fails because the delivery people can't or won't read. Nobody in our house reads the crap. Everything goes straight into the paper garbage can. The newspaper contains reports about environmental protection, saving paper, a clean environment, and so on. I have decided to suppress the topic. But the idea with the rifle makes me think again.
