Sorry, guys. I love Batman more and I was rooting for him to win, but Iron Man wins this.
Almost every single time Batman has gone toe to toe with a god type being, he's used ARMOR. And if that is the case, then Bruce has no chance beating Iron Man. It's like trying to beat him at his own game that he's already mastered. As soon as you put on a high tech suit, you risk the chance of fighting on Tony's territory.
On top of the fact that no matter what anyone says, the simple truth is that Batman has NEVER had any way to counter the nano armor being snuck into his body. There is nothing he can do to stop that, because first he'd have to be aware it's happening, which he can't do.
Tony showed his tactical thinking by literally forcing Batman into a no-win situation, and THAT deserves respect.
Iron Man for the Win.

Nah the results are right. Iron Man's technology and suits are just way better plus his arsenal allows him to outlast Batman, turning the Hell Bat into a literal coffin since it drains his metabolism

Agreed, Batman without prep won't beat Iron Man, and I am sure Tony with prep can beat Bats.
So what if Batman has hacked Cyborg? Iron man has advanced tech too. He has multiple anti-hack measures along with anti-EMP measures. Even if Batman managed to hack a suit, F.R.I.D.A.Y could take control back. Having an AI has its uses.

Batman never had a chance. Tony is just as smart, if not smarter than Bruce. The thing that separates him from Bruce is that he is a futurist. Reed Richard is literally smarter than both of them by far, but even he recognized that Tony is really dangerous because he CONSTANTLY thinks of the future. That’s even more dangerous than Batman because he doesn’t need as much time as Batman. He literally knew how the interaction between him and Bats would go, that’s why he snuck the nano armor on him, and engaged with him to distract him. Reed called him the best multitasker in the world. He also has Batman levels of prep time. There’s no way Tony would lose a battle of tech, he’s never without it
What my guy not understanding is batman have 0 prep time. Batman with prep time wins everytime.... but with no prep time. Stark too smart in the moment.

I don't think it would change all that much actually. Tony would have to get prep time too and so his strengths against Bats would be multiplied.

When it comes to Marvel vs DC battles, there's a safe bet on outcomes.
If it's the more godlike-level characters (Superman, Darkseid, Thanos, Thor, Wonder Woman, etc.), bet on DC.
When they're the more "human characters" trying to keep up with gods (Hawkeye, Iron Man, Lex Luthor, Batman, Spider-Man, etc.), bet on Marvel
It's not right 100% of the time, but more often than not it is.

You can't compare iron man to cyborg in any way he's smarter stronger more durable and in dceu movies he is stated to be able to conquer the world within a second he can hack stark enterprises ultron and many others, the mother boxes give him instant telaportation so he is also faster along with his other advantages. Batman with his standard loadout won't beat even outdated Iron Man's armors. Silver Centurion, which is very outdated since late 1980's, would wreck Batman in his standard gear.

It was all about the element of suprise.... Ironman Surprised Batman so he planned for Batman before confronting him. If it was Batman that planned for Ironman and surprised him. Batman would have won.

There wasn't any prep time in this fight, the story was that Tony just wanted to warn him to take down the Watchtower, he wasn't planning on a fight. Especially to the death.
As was said in the conclusion, Batman is a schemer who wins with prep time, but Tony is as intelligent as Batman. So if we even that out, Tony has much stronger fighting capabilities with his armor than batman. Batman's strongest suit can fight against Tony's strongest suit, but Batman will die from his, while tony won't.

Facts! They also had Batman attacking too much. Usually, Batman will find the right time to attack, then evade(dark alleys, sewers, etc.) until he finds another means of attack.
Being a "better fighter" only takes you so far. This is more a battle of tech than martial arts. Tony has the advantage in that regard.
What do you mena REGARDLESS of tech? Iron man always has his tech on him. He's not stupid enough to actually try to fight a martial arts master without it

@@carlosblanco571 iron man has more options and if we just go for basic equipment and none of the crazy stuff. Iorn man can easily beat batman with his basic suit, but also adding all the crazy armour's batman only has one or two heavy hitters while iron man has multiple that he can throw at batman. Remember no prep time so batman wouldn't have a way to beat it.
