    Does Strongest Flour from Caputo “Manitoba Oro” will be that much better in quick bread recipe, than standard supermarket Italian flour by name “Gusto bello”?
    Check yourself in this versus flour test video.
    Below recipe for white toast bread with which you will make quick and healthy bread yourself without all the improvers,
    Preparation will take you five minutes and the whole process only 15 minutes, the rest is patience until the bread cools down :-)
    The recipe is reliable, easy to remember and as long as you stick to the proportions of the ingredients, it always turns out!
    Stick strictly to the type of flour to achieve the desired result.
    Ingredients:
    500g = 17.6 oz - Strong bread flour (minimum 12 g protein per 100 g )
    400ml = 0.52 qt Water
    7g = 0.24 oz - Instant yeast - or one sachet
    7g = 0.24 oz - Salt (one flat teaspoon)
    7g = 0.24 oz - Rapeseed or sunflower oil (one teaspoon) + a little oil for the baking mold
    Ew. favorite seeds to sprinkle on top (sesame, poppy, linseed, cumin, black cumin, etc.)
    Preparation:
    Water - lukewarm water is optimal
    If you are pressed for time, you can use warm, around 40 ° C = 104 °F , but if it is hotter (scalding to the touch), it may kill the yeast and bread threads. Cold will make the dough rise longer, but still with the same effect.
    Mold - A volume of two liters = 2.1 qt , i.e. standard, will work best in this recipe, it is the volume assigned to the ingredients in the recipe.
    If you have a larger form, the bread will turn out flatter, a smaller form will result in the dough spilling out - in these cases, you can proportionally change the amount of ingredients to your initial volume.
    Execution:
    Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Prepare a baking tin, line it with paper and lightly grease the paper with oil.
    Leave the dough to rise
    The dough's rising time depends on the outside water temperature and the temperature in your apartment.
    For average room temperature this is usually about 2 to 4 hours.
    When the dough has risen about 2 times compared to the initial phase, it is ready for baking. Do not leave the dough for longer because it will no longer rise and will only cause further fermentation, which will negatively affect the final result.
    At this stage you can sprinkle the top of the bread with your favorite seeds
    Baking:
    Turn on the oven to 250°C = 482 °F with the top and bottom heat option. Spray the oven generously with water and wait until it heats up.
    When the oven signals a temperature of 250°C = 482 °F by turning off the thermostat diode, it is usually worth giving it at least 15 minutes to fully heat up.
    Now that the oven is preheated, place the tin with the dough on the oven rack in the middle position and once again spray generously with water, including the surface of the bread, be careful not to pour water over the surface of the bread, otherwise it will fall!
    If for some reason the baking process is much too fast but with a positive effect, use aluminum foil to cover the top, on the other hand if it is not browned use the grill option in the oven for a while.
    The bread is ready after about 40 minutes of baking, for ovens without convection - at least 40 minutes.
    The bread should be left to cool and cut when it is at room temperature, this takes about 2 hours. Never cut fresh hot bread, because all the steam will escape and all the baking will be for nothing ;-)
