Digi you are literally the most underrated UA-camr. Your videos are done in a very unique style where you go into depth talking about the character and truly analysing them instead of just reading their story off Wikipedia like a lot of other channels do. The quality of every video you make is ridiculously high for being done by only you and they get released relatively quickly. Not to mention how you keep us interested in the videos by mixing in hints of comedy with the clear and informative explanations of the character pasts. Real talk, I'm glad you're doing Overwatch characters because that will most likely boost your subscriber base because pretty much EVERYONE loves Overwatch. Anyways just keep on doing you, keep on that grind, and you are bound to see some mad growth to your channel :D

In a conversation between Mei and Mercy they talk about how both never seemed to have aged. Mei answers it is because she was in Cryostatis while Mercy's reeason is never explained.

How do people think your accent isnt a London accent?!? Like seriously?? I live in the South-East and your accent is still something that I regognise and hear daily.
Lol, that's because we live in the UK. Naturally, people like you and me are used to hearing this type of accent regularly. Most of my audience comes from America though (something like 70 to 80% of my viewers are from the States) and to them i clearly sound British, but it's not as straight forward a British accent as someone like Caddicarus has, for example. So, they often question just where my accent is from.
DiGi Valentine Man, so cool you responded, made my day! And yeah, I can see why they might be confused. We dont sound like the typical British people they hear in films and TV. I think its cool that we have game characters like Tracer, hopefully we will have more characters that sound like regular brits in the future.

Since this is my first in depth introduction to Overwatch, I couldn't ask for a better way to get what is going on outside of actually getting involved with the universe. I probably won't as I don't really care too much about the game or much associated with it (*ahem* other than Tracers fascination with Widowmaker's behind) I find it to be pretty charming and I get some Marvel and Street Fighter vibes from it. Tracer herself seems interesting enough, so appreciate giving me this view into this world, which I otherwise wouldn't have.
I've noticed that most people who are from Britain, the UK, or from the area, typically dislike the accent, and many from the US thoroughly enjoy it. :D
Because for us, we can tell that the affectation is being put on. Maybe she's trying to sound lively for the voice recording, but it sounds like someone trying to pretend to speak a Southern London accent from twenty years ago.

Definitely give it a try. I honestly don't play FPS's at all. But i love this. Each character plays so differently, you have to learn their styles and skills. Just when i think i've found my main and i won't play as another character i end up giving another character a try and really liking them too.
The colours used in the game are vibrant, the levels themselves are gorgeous. This game is great. I do wish they would make more in-game modes for it instead of just entirely team-based 5 vs 5, but even with the lack of variety i'm still enjoying Overwatch immensely. . . .this kinda accidentally turned in to a mini-review.

Overwatch is one of those games I will likely never play, and will only watch someone else play if I already know they streamer. I have seen one or two of the animated shorts they have done for the characters and didn't really see myself being interested in learning any more about it, but after this video I'm hoping you cover more of the characters and do with it what you've done with Street Fighter, because I have really enjoyed learning about the backstory and how everything is connected from watching your character analyses. It's in the way you craft these videos, in the research and thought you put into each individual character, giving them the best and most neutral review you can regardless of your personal feelings. You've just got this way of making me engaged in their stories, wanting to know what happens to them next - I get excited each time I see a new video, even though the only characters you've covered that I knew before I watched were from Cowboy Bebop.
This was another fucking great video from you, but at this point I don't really expect anything less.

I'm glad that you're doing Overwatch videos, now. Hopefully you get around to covering the Street Fighter V redesigns after the Cinematic Story Mode drops.
As I came to understand it Winston designed her accelerator so she doesn't necessarily HAVE to wear it at all times, she just needs to stay where it effects her, and Winston designed a dock for her to put it in when she's at home.
Oh I see how it is DiGi, of all the characters in Overwatch, the first one you talk about is the one from Britain. I got you man.

Winston created two larger more powerful chrono generators that give off an AoE effect of the one she wears, one is located in Winstons lab and the other is in Tracers apartment. These allow her to remove the wearable one and stay in the same time stream.

Same man, I only play fighting and rhythm games for the most part but this game made me give shooters a try.
For the longest time I was so confused on how her guns went into their holsters. In the end clips, you see in slow motion that the holsters actually split in two allowing the guns to come out through the middle. I originally thought the guns just magnetized to the bottom of her gauntlets.

I think you might be getting some of the events out of order. Or maybe I am, but here goes as far as I know.
Alive and the assassination of Mondata seems to take place before Recall does, since you can see news about it on Winston's screen. Alive sets off the 2nd Omnic Crisis. After Recall, Winston and Tracer reunited and at some point wind up tangling with Reaper and Widowmaker over the Doomfist gauntlet.

The only problem I have with Tracer....is that she's really hard to deal with if that person is good with her :P.
But really she's a fun character, got a great personality and it's no wonder she is such a prominent character for this new Blizzard franchise. I'm curious to see where things go with her character over time. Hard to really dislike someone who is just so darn upbeat and has a big heart.

I've been playing the game since launch and it's only this past weekend I got around to trying Tracer. I didn't think she'd be all that great for me, she's not the kind of playing style I generally prefer--but then again I don't normally dig FPSes and I'm playing this one.. so I gave her a shot.
Within the first 2 minutes i was in love. It is SO MUCH FUN to blink around all over the place. And I think I did semi-OK with her too, being my first match (I got a few eliminations, did plenty of damage, didn't die too often). I think I'm gonna have to get some more practice with her.

I'm pretty sure Winston's smart enough to have designed the Chronal Accelerator to be waterproof. I mean cleanliness is sort of required in order to function in society after all. Plus this is the distant or not too distant future in which Overwatch takes place in, you'd think everything from a smartphone to a supercomputer would be waterproof by then.

During the recall short u can hear the reporter mention that mondatta was gonna speak which means that alive happened a few hours after recall. Then after that winston and tracer, now bringing back overwatch, went on the museum mission.
Yeah, i had trouble making sense of this, actually. I wasn't entirely sure myself since the official timeline is not actually documented properly anywhere (or at least, not to my current knowledge). A few places report on the museum incident being the last in the order ....but there's one problem with that and it doesn't make sense to me - when Tracer meets Widowmaker in London (during the Alive short) she says to her: "Come to crash another party, love?" The fact she used the word 'another' means Tracer and Widowmaker had met before and the only other time that could have been was at the museum, when Widowmaker 'crashed' that party. Unless there is another short story that hasn't been released yet, this line of dialogue makes no sense if the story progresses in that order.
If Blizzard confirm a solid timeline for the events and it turns out to be different than how i explained it then i'll definitely correct those details in a future episode, but for now it just made more sense to me that 'Alive' happened later on.
