  • I think this product could be better and more useful, there is many types of fitting that are common that this will not work on, and it is huge and too bulky is many situations. Also the inserts do not fit very tightly and with just a moderate amount of use they will not stay in and fall out.

THIS tool saved the day! I am a DIY'er with average skills. I needed to replace the entire faucet set in my sink and could NOT get any leverage or strength to get those lock nuts off. My body was contorted under the sink, I was banging my knuckles, and my belly fat was exposed for the entire house to see. I was a complete mess, and unable to get the locknuts off! I became verbally abusive and psychotic towards everyone in the house. My wife eventually picked this up for me and it did the trick. I never knew something like this existed. I am now calm, happy, and an absolute joy to be around. Thank you RIGID!

As a diy'er I love this thing. It fits everything in my house. I am not a plumber so I can't say if it performs as a pro tool. I am a tradesman and the tools I use on the daily are different than the tools I use at home for honey-do's especially for jobs outside of my profession.

I've had the first gen version of this tool for over ten years. Waaay better than a standard basin wrench. they shouldn't have changed it. love your channel.

Are you going into my tool boxes? Almost all the videos you have posted lately, the tools featured are in my boxes. On another note, it fits all the faucets I have bought at Home Depot so it does work.

I've used this thing quite a few times and when it fits it works great one of those square sides fits shut off valve knobs. I think it's a great tool when it fits just save the piece of card board that comes in the package it explains how to use everything kinda.

I really should get better at plumbing, everytime they come out it's like 300+. But the 4 hours it took me to install a pedestal sink in my tiny bathroom, might be worth the frustration.

I have this BIG CAT 🐈...never had a problem with it...
Moen intentionally makes proprietary fittings so that you have to buy a tool from them...
