- Magic gets off to a rough start in the 1st half shooting 5/16 (.321%) from the field but has a big 3rd Q scoring 22 pts. New Jersey had a lot of players on IR around this time (something their coach pointed out at halftime) and it showed in the 4th as their starters began turning the ball over due to fatigue. In the end, L.A.'s depth was too much for the Nets to overcome.

Magic is not only the greatest PG of all time, he is the only one who could be argued that is better than Micheal Jordan. And you could say this about Magic because of one reason, and one reason only. Not only could magic play all 5 positions, But its the fact that Magic could dominate in all 5 positions is something that no one has done since Magic.

@tigerjohn LeBron can dominate at all 5 positions. Not saying he's better than magic. I'm just saying he is the one other person that can play all 5 positions.
Magic had to play every position his rookie year when Kareem got hurt. Magic played center and had 42 points 14 rebounds and i think 10 or 11 assist in the championship game.. He played forward his rookie season.
