🚶👟👟⛺🌞 new shoes looking good man that snow sure does make the trail look good something didn't look right with you today then I noticed you got your milk back and you was looking back normal stay safe out there and happy hiking 💯💪🏆🏆🏆
I heard if it's cold out and you blow up your air pad, moisture will freeze and the pad stops holding air. It does make sense when you think about it. 🤷♀️ ❤
Hey Capn' Thanks for sharing, it's good to see your still enjoying the trek. I love that shelter, the 1st time I stayed there was during the Hawk Migration in the early 80s. Keep warm! Safe Trails Stops
So glad you're entering SNP! One of our favorite places to hike and we've done a bit of the AT through there. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the winter (we've only been in spring, summer and fall).
Ok, I watched the weather report and I made up a travel plan for you. It's gonna warm up for you! That's when you should put those new shoes to good use and book it real quick to the south, cuz it won't last long.
Denton is a great shelter. Didn't stay as I was early and pushed on to the highway. Did stay at Tom Floyd - a Chinese biking group was there and fed us a feast.
I’m hoping the 16$ valve and an air pump does the job. If I was just hiking it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but I do most of the editing when it’s cold laying on my pad with my elbow and hip dug in..
Really enjoying your journey Brother .

The fog and mist makes the forest look creepy…. Shennies next. Happy trails.🤘🏻🥾⛰️
I soooo love when the snow covers the trail enough to just show the way. Great hikin weather to me… ❤❤❤❤❤

That was the strangest section with the wire fence enclosure on my nobo hike this year.
That rain was due to a warm front; storms tend to fizzle out with these fronts. Cold fronts are another matter.
Hammocks are not for everyone, but no inflatable pad to go bad at least.
I started in a hammock. Wouldn’t mind finishing in a hammock.
I have had two thermarest pads do the same thing. Customer service was a joke.

Their valve system sucks, get a Big Agnus.
Return all that faulty equipment for a refund/credit.
