No grease inside bearing? What is the type of bearingv? 608ZZ ? I have MF900, i assume the same bearing. I think SKF, FAG, or NTN has bearing with same type?
Good job man. I am still scared to open it by myself. My daughter and her friends uses ceramic bearing for skating competitions. It is very smooth and if you rotate the wheel with hand, it rotates for very long time. Pretty light weight and very smooth.
when i used to skatebording about 6 year back i use to leave them in petrol or kerosin oil for soaking for 5-10 min and then roll it for 30 seconds it that bowl so all macro dust that stuck in it can get out (actually u can see those particals coming out from bearing) and after then i leave them on sun or wind so, no oil can evaporate and then i lubricate them with machine oil and that prosses used to give me jamin asman ka fadak
Though the sheilds are non removable on this bearings I have removed one from each bearing to deep clean them. I use WD40 to extract any grease, rust and dirt, using toothbrush to scrape off difficult portions, clean with cloth and then add two drops of machine oil this helps alot and I have noticed this make bearings faster than before. Note: once the sheild is removed cannot be replaced back have to purchase a different rubber sheild or can also be used without sheild dosent give any problem.
Wow! That's very thorough and amazing. I never have the courage to play with small parts because I always fear I'll mess something up. But kudos to you. WD40 is a difficult terrain for me, some people say it's great while others say it can harm your bearings in the long run. Don't know whether to use it or not.
@@IndianSkateNoob you can use a little amount just two sprays are enough to remove the rust and grease, the tough ones can be removed by toothbrush. If not WD40 you can use petrol mixed with 2T oil pouch that's what mechanics usually do with bike bearings and is a SOP in garage 😂
For anyone thinking to do that, there is no point as the bearings in Mf500 are sealed, so there is no point on doing all that No lub will reach the bearing balls. If you want tho you can break one of the shield to open them and go through the process, is not gonna be sealed again but at least you can service them
app v gajab insan ho yar 5 , 6 ghante me pura saf karni chahiye ye possible nahi hai bhai 1month ya 15 din bolte toh koi bat v banti thoda soch samjh ke bola karo ... tum v socho.....
Bhai acha saaf kiya aapne but as a technician I would suggest that first u clean it with WD40 then dip it in machine or moto oil for 30 min then clean n use it. Life will increase of bearing.
Bhai tbh mujhe unki practicality nahi lagti. Raat ko skate karna bohot unsafe lagta hai mujhe apni road ki conditions dekhte hue, and vo hain bhi kaafi mehnge. 😁
@@IndianSkateNoob machine oil is good but you need to put it directly to ball bearings not outside the bearing. Because its a dirt magnet and it will make noise when its dirty.
I enjoyed your video.
Thank you so much for the basic videos you make for beginners 🔥👌👌

Hello bhai
Bro don't use oil
Oh! I've heard that machine oil does wonders as a lubricant though, it might be wrong info then.
