It made my heart so happy to see you come speeding up into second place. Congratulations! Ps I like these interview videos, it's really interesting to hear how each of your races go in this journey to Paris.
Yes it was awesome! I was watching on tri tv. I wish Helen Jenkins would have commentated.
Congratulations! I wish you all the best of luck in your upcoming coming races. Glad to see your back in it
The folks who say they don’t like the interview style, don’t have to watch the interview style videos! I enjoy them… annnnnd happen to love the tech talk. Maybe pat gets a few minutes a week where he gets to gush about the bikes, components, etc! It is a family effort, after all! 🤗 Nice work Gwen. Pumped to see the fire getting stoked!
I like the interview style, would like Pat to sit so you are not staring up. Great race, congratulations
Yeah great job. But the set up for Pat's questions seems like he is interrogating terrorist 😮
Great content and very humble words as usual. Not surprised that you managed to leave behind the last race and perform up to your standards, but it’s not an easy task so be proud and willing to show more on the next ones. Zorionak Gwen! 🎉😊
7 years out of the sport and you came in 2nd in a World Cup Race! Go Gwen Go. From a fellow DI runner. You are inspiring.
thank you!
Gwen being a true champion. You did great! Keep going.
Congratulations Gwen. I love all the videos!!!!
Loved the interview! Don't know about anyone else, but I like the tech stuff! Keep it coming. It was so exhilarating to watch Gwen power into first place on the run and take the win in the relay! Looking forward to seeing Gwen race again!
Great job, Gwen! I hope between Long Beach and Hamburg, you go to whichever is cooler!
Congratulations for your race good race. My daughter was so happy to see you and thanks for your autograph in her Picture with you (edited photo). A dream comes true for her for know you in person. She follows you since she was 8 years old
I am so happy to hear that
Let’s go! Congratulations!!!!
Tell me where to send you a wireless lapel microphone. I'm having difficulty understanding what you're saying because of the bad audio quality.
No, we do like the interview style! Thanks for sharing ❤Maybe more so if Pat sat in them, too? I think people have short attention spans & are used to videos having lots of, like, Jump cuts and zooms (like Emma Chamberlain) or like emojis popping by, but solid interview is not bad at all! Glad you got unstuck from the buoy! Congrats on 2nd!! 🎉
Interviews are fine too! Pat there may be some people who want the tech specs! Congrats Gwen!!
Same conditions we have in South GA all summer. LOL Great to hear about the race results and continued success!!!! Where's the B roll Pat? Just kidding!!!!
Happy for you!
thank you
Congratulations! But what was the temperature like?
Congratulations
Great job!
Should be a good confidence builder
To go from feeling horrible in a race to staying with it and getting 2nd
Would've been nice to see you in Montreal.. :(
Can you do heat prep in 5 days?
Does this race now qualify you for the Olympics?
no, long road ahead still
WTCS Sunderland?
Gwen, what about Frau Alvarez, that Mexican runner that coincidentally has the same exact physique as you, yet much younger, and her speed, is that not mind boggling? How can you make up 35 plus seconds on her? Is that even phisiologically Possible? I'm guessing she should take "GOLD" in Paris, shouldn't she? Your thoughts as a Gold Medalist? GG!
Ugh! When I heard "Mexico" I immediately thought "traveler's diarrhea!". *Amazing* you raced so well after having GI upset (Especially since hydration is key and it was so hot).
Nothing worse than the scoots...oy, way to hang in there.
