All this food looks amazing! Particularly the dinner. I was curious, I have a 5 yo and 18 mo, how much of this food do your kiddos eat? Mine are kind of hit and miss on some of the more elaborate dishes. PS. I love how real your life is! Thank you for sharing!
Mine are hit or miss too! But Stanley loves this sauce with rice. Not so much the veggies. Last night we had it with chicken. Stan has the rice with sauce (asked for seconds) and some chicken
that was yummy! It was just: Salmon. Sauce on salmon: olive oil lemon juice lemon zest fresh dill salt pepper paprika Then the sauce after it's cooked: Olive oil lemon dill avocado chives salt pepper
with Achilles problems in the past I have to consider the strain it puts … but I love how they feel running. Just a balance between what my body can handle and what I like
Gweny, please a breakdown of chances of making Team USA for Paris and how all this crap "POINTS" works? last year i'd never thought this but unless something drastic has happened to Spivey, I would say it now KZ or Gweny who gets the third spot for Team USA! Gweny of course got somewhat robbed in recent canceled event : ( and not sure what the indoor race will do for her except solidify that she is not a drop dead sprinter. I think Katie's performance helped her immensely with both the overall and a great backup for the MTR if needed. But all still ongoing as there are a couple more key races where either could make a BIG move, so likely we can rule out all others going forward. There chances are a "Hail Mary" at the AQ, 99% chance that does not happen!!! So likely Team USA for Paris 2024 (which Btw is only about 120 days out!) As Follows: 1. Taylor Knibb, 2. Taylor Spivey (since she got dissed for Tokyo in 2021/Covid Olympics), & 3. Katie Zafares, Woohoo! Team USA, Alternate: Gweny J.!!! Nough said! GG! great Vid Gweny & Team!!!!

This isn't a criticism. More of an observation. I find these types of videos interesting, but I'm prob. in the minority of those specifically searching for, "Full day of eating", type videos. The typical crowd consuming this content is really looking for affirmation or a 'guide' related to their own eating... which Gwen's video, or any other pro athlete's eating videos do NOT provide. The disconnect likely comes from the public not understanding this isn't *really* an "eating" video. This is a FUELING video. Eating is just another TOOL these guys utilize. They're just feeding the engine. There are *many* ways to feed the engine when you're burning an extra 2-4k cals OVER an already abnormally high NEAT. When your TDEE is this high, you can get away with eating practically anything. Some do it better than others... like Gwen eating oats, whole grains, pasta, lean protein, & veggies. Others do it worse with pop-tarts, Chipolata, and MickyD's on the regular. Guys... don't compare your eating to a subgroup who eats purposefully. YOU "eat". They FUEL. I do find it interesting Gwen doesn't count calories. To me THAT's also a tool. So everything u do is by feel? So if you bonk during a session or maybe you see the weight on the scale going DOWN over time, only *then* do you UP your intake? Seems kinda nebulous... fuzzy. Or is it perhaps you've done this so long? You just know how much your body needs?

Done it so long and I do count the calories /carbs during workouts.
