I don't understand the negative comments. Some people have no lives. I thought you did a great job!! Definitely going to try. Thank you so much for sharing your awesome recipe.

Quick question, do you think it took them more time to write their negative comment than your positive one? Or do you not have a life either?

Have a spritzer bottle handy and spray every couple of minutes with a mix of apple cider and water - it will keep the meat moist .

My favorite on the BBQ, and pork steaks are still inexpensive here in Calif. , great job & video (y)

Well maybe because women who cook know by instict, looks, and smell knows when it's done. Did you notice that she didn't used a teaspoon to measure? But I bet she was spot on. Ever watch your Mom cook? Probably not. You just ate and never said thanks.

People who know how to cook good don't need time or measurements when my grandma cooked she didn't need to to measure or anything she just eyeballed it and smell it's experience

I used to put brown sugar on what I grill but would happen at least with me that the brown sugar would caramelize so quick and thus I'll have very burnt pieces

It won’t caramelize that quick if you cook it on low heat or when the flames have gone down
