The LATNEX® AF-3500 Multi-Field EMF Meter is a Semi-professional but small and compact device that can measure electromagnetic field (3-axis), electric field, and RF strength. The AF-3500 measures high-frequency electromagnetic fields (RF) in a frequency range of 50MHz - 3.5GHz and low frequency electric and magnetic fields (EMF) at 50-60Hz.
Magnetic field strength is measured in milliGauss (mG) and microTesla (μT) for 3 axis X, Y, and Z.
Electric field strength is measured in volt per meter (V/m).
RF field strength is measured in millivolt per meter (mV/m).
A 2 inch color TFT LCD screen displays the 3 results clearly all at the same time, with also the option to hold the 3 results.

You need to read manual. Vertical, horizontal, and point aiming position are measurement critical depending on which of the three fields you test. This unit not as capable as the slightly more expensive 5000 series. There are no less than a thousand dollar units that can accurately measure or guesstimate true 5G as the frequency is well beyond 10000 range. Appreciated you showing this unit off to us. Maybe do a retest of certain devices. If you check the microwave all around the door, you will find a disturbing leak around the latch area. It will return to safe levels about 30 inches away.

dont think a magnetic field is dangerous or radioactive like 3g 4g 5g , would be interesting to test it outside near 5g mast or see if it would locate one. I doubt it will recognise the dangerous frequencies of 5g at 60gigahertz afaik need seriously expensive gear for that.
