You make great videos love them infact but these hoover heat pump dryers are absolutely god awful working as an appliance engineer i dislike everything about them there noisy there compressors fail all the time and to do a simple job you haft to take the drum out not made to be reapired we live in such a throw away society

The most common issue will be that the belt has come off that goes round the drum connected to the motor.
