+Juan Velasco Juan. You do it from inside the cabin. Use s fish tool and push it from inside out (through the grommet). Then you fish the wires from out side and pull them back from the inside again. You really don't need to cut the grommet. If you push the fish took from inside, just push it where the nipple is and will cut it open. Please try downloading our instructions from our website. I thought 2013-2018 Toyota RAV4 have factory fog light harness on the front and the inside have the fog light switch inside the vehicle. Tell me why would you use the aftermarket fog light harness? I put my fog light on 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE with factory harness already on the vehicle along with fog light switch inside the vehicle. Waste of time video ever.

Yes. The grommet has a nipple that you cut. Don't cut the actual grommet, just the nipple. That is where you push the wires through.
