You didn't not cover engine size and what's under the hood.
side view lights have light on the back so that people behind you see it yes?
Wonderfully done! Side by side comparisons and then back to back driving experiences are really great ways to show us future purchasers what to expect. Thank you very much :)
How come the presenter didn’t get screen credit? She’s charming and did a good job.
@Xhzlzhx Olo found the incel
@Xhzlzhx Olo yeah and saw your reflection in it
She reported balanced and fair 👍🏾
@00:03 ~ Cho Mari.
An excellent Korean presenter.
Mari is an excellent presenter
Nice to have a side by side comparison. Really helps for those of us humming and hawing between two makes vehicles with similar specs .
I’m an American and in the market for an SUV. I’ve been considering hybrid models, but have mostly been just watching international reviews of vehicles like the RAV and Tucson and Forester. I have found that each region, even if they get pretty much exactly the same vehicle, has different tastes and perspectives and that is super helpful for me because it’s difficult in the states to just go out and test drive these cars. I really enjoyed this review and appreciate how thorough you were
Thank you for watching. Like she said, their starting point is different. I highly recommend you to testdrive both :-)
RAV4 beats them all. Toyota hybrid is the most simple proven an reliable hybrid system in the industry.
We love the forester - best "small" SUV but its not available in a hybrid model. Subaru has fallen behind in not offering hybrids. We choose the CRV Hybrid. Would have loved a plug in hybrid - the Santa Fe will come with this option later this year.
@@goldpilgrim the new Tucson is much better than the RAV4
Kristiāns Ozoliņš ...why?
Mari Cho as usual a great review!! Appreciate your time and effort you put into making these videos! Merry Christmas to you and yours 😘 from Frank in USA!
I like the new Tucson, but the signal light shouldn't be located at the bumper because it's difficult for other vehicles behind to see too close in heavy traffic
It easily gets damaged on highway where flying small pebbles are quite normal. Also it gets covered in snow salt and are almost invisible for most amatuer drivers
The turn signals are not low, just look at a regular sedan and compare it with this one. You will notice that it will be at the same height. I've read the same complaint about the Venza, was parked next to it, and also with that one, the turn signal are on the same height as a average sedan.
Thats only reason I will never buy Hyundai . Even how good is that .
If you can't see the bumper of the car in front, you are too close.
😂😂
I like both, but for practicality will take the 4.
Good comparison/review, thank you! Keep up the great work!
I love your reviews! You have won my respect and trust, as you tell both the advantages as well as some disadvantages! Thank you!
Thank you for watching :-)
Thank you for this thorough comparison, I really appreciated the thoughtful detailed look at both of these; I've been torn between these two hybrids for awhile! Real-world gas mileage numbers would've been appreciated, but great review all the same!
Thank you very much. For everything you do for the videoclip. Very nice of you. Thank you again.
Thank you very much for watching!
Great review! I love you! I mean... I love it! I am trying to decide between the Santa Fe or Tucson. After this review, I am leaning to buy this model. Thank you.
I have been considering both SUVs. Thank you for your beautifully detailed review.
(watching from Miami Florida USA)
Thank you for watching. Happy New Year :-)
Excellent video!! The presenter showed daily features and made comments very useful! Loved it!! Great job!!!
Very informative review, especially the noise test, deserve subscription and a like👏👍
thanks for doing the sound test, respect
Lovely video, nice and detailed comperisation, however a bit more info on the drivetrains whould be useful. One minor note: the seatbelt buckle holder is there to prevent the seatbelt from getting caught when you put back the folded seats. Of course it can be used to stop the rattling about as well :)
and stay out of the way as you get in and out of car.
Very good and informative review, I appreciate her seating in the backseat and even going into the trunk to give us an idea of space, since it’s not easy to grasp them from videos a lot of time.
Glad UA-cam did advice your channel! What a great and detailed review! Waiting for your Nissan Qashqai 2021 review 👍
Thanks for watching!
Such a completely unbiased comparison.
Rav4 hybrid uses CVT so it is louder when accelerating. Whereas, the Tuscon hybrid uses 6-speed automatic transmission for a smoother increase in speed w/o the loud noise.
very nice. Very professional, I liked the use of the decibel meter. And your opinion sounded very professional and detailed. Thanks
Great job so much quality info, thank you!
Honestly one of the best reviews of the Tuscan. Detailed and approachable
I was considering it already,.. and now I want to test drive it!!!,.. thank you!🙌🤩 I was also considering the Rav but as you mentioned the design seemed a bit more boxy,..etc,.. Tnx!😊 best review video I have seen..😊👍
Love your voice ... enjoyed the review throughout ... liked, subscribed and commented 🤩🤔😛🤣
Great comparison. Have you finally bought the tucson ?. I do.
Awesome review!!
Very detailed and informative.
Thanks!
The dashboard is designed so well, it gives the impression that there is more openness and space in front of you. Looks more modern. Thank you for the great review.
Thank you for watching :-)
I know you are not talking about the crappy Hyundai ? right?
Thanks for this. Great job. My brother sent me this link to end my confusion and undecisiveness on what SUV to purchase. This really helps
Great video 😊 !!!! thanks
Great job girl! I love your comparison of these 2 models. Poland says THANK YOU and wishes you all the best in 2021!
Thank you for watching. Stay safe and happy new year!
Thank you.
That was a fair, and pretty thorough review, and it is nice to hear someone who is articulate.
You did miss showing that the RAV4 also has lane monitoring, and that the cargo liner can be flipped around so that the hard surface is uppermost (to avoid scoring the felt of the other side, if transporting hard goods). The cargo liner can also be lowered by about an inch.
I was very surprised that the Tucson did not have a spare tire, and that is a deal-breaker for me.
Thanks for the review. I'm ever more excited now for the all new 2022/23 Kia Sportage PHEV Hybrid! next year!! Can't wait for that review. 🤩
Very great review, and nice seeing the roads in South Korea!
Fantastic review 😍 Very knowledgeable 😘 Thanks for the in-depth comparison 👍
Clear and concise comparison. Thank you. However, no spare tire is a deal killer.
i love your intervieuws , well done
Great review! Very clear and informative. Good sound quality. I can clearly hear the drive noise and engine. Keep it up!
Thank’s for this comparison review, it’s detailed i can tell, good job love it!
Thank you for watching :-)
I own a 2020 RAV 4 and had a 2013 RAV 4. By far a beautiful, sturdy vehicle and and great resale value
Very informative review, pleasant voice and appearance.
You are AWESOME! Great review!
Love your review. Very relevant information that is important when choosing an everyday car. Unlike 0-60 numbers, torque and horsepower figures which to the average driver bears no relevance. You brought out the practical and useful areas of the units.
disagree.... torque and hp are safety for merging and passing.
Such a great comparison thanks
Thanks for watching.
Great video... Thanks
Welldone Good job 👍
Happy new year😀
Best of luck
Very good review I am a new subscriber.
Bought the 2022 Tucson last week and ❤️ it!!! I test drove the CRV, Rogue, Sorento and the Santa Fe. The Tucson is roomy, cabin noise is minimal and the ride is smooth.
Enjoy your new ride!
So the Tucson is quieter than the CRV?
Hi, what are your thoughts now that u are driving it for one year ( if u are)? U still like it?
this was very detailed and informative
thanks
Thankyo for this video i like both suv's i wish you a Happy newyear!! Hoping for much more new Beautiful cars
Happy New Year!
Great review. Keep it up girl! And the interiors of the tuscon is so amazing! Fell in love with it. Easily the most sophisticated and next generation dashboard I have seen
Thanks!
Well spoken and informative. I'd be happy to see more videos like this.
Very nice comparison. Great review! Hope you had a wonderful Merry Christmas Ms. Cho
I did thank you! Happy holidays @SouthsideAssassins
Oh that's great to hear. Btw you do such a great job in your reviews, unbiased and to open points. I'm still a big fan. Hope you have a blessed new year Ms. Cho😁
Great review, in love with both, the Rav 4 and the Tucson.
HIII MAAM WHTSUP THANKS FOR YOUR VALUABLE INFORMATION KEEP IT UP 👍👍👍
Excellent detailed review!
Terrible sat nav
This helps quite a bit. Thanks!!
very good comparison and detail. thank you
Great review - can’t wait to see your test of the Tucson PHEV.
Best review of this cars, thank you 🙏 Only comparison of this two SUV’s on net!
Still waiting for the Tucson in Macedonia to test drive it and decide between this two.
I like more the rigid look of the RAV4🤔
I got the Tucson hybrid AWD. It is great, much more modern and refined than RAV4. Good fuel economy so far 6.2l/100km. Great acceleration, quiet ride, much more usable in urban environment vs RAV4.
Thanks this helped in choosing between the two. Very nice presentation.
Thanks!
Excellent review/comparison. Very professional . thank you.
Thank you for watching :-)
I came to see the tucson but to be honest, Mari Cho got me distracted with that smile & looks. Gorgeous.
Very well explained. Good job Mari!!
Very nice overview and comparison. Thank you!
Thank you for watching!
One of the best car reviews, Miss Cho.

What's the ground clearance of these two suv?
Your The Female Version Of Charlie Ming From Asian Petrol Head. Nice Review!!!
I love Toyota reliability. It is legendary and the best of the best of the best. But that Tucson really is appealing. And as long as it has a fantastic warranty I think I would take a chance on it. But first I would want to test drive them both to get a feel for road noise and their solidity.
Hyundai has often not done well with those two items.
I hope soo toooo cant wait👌
Hyundai tucson ou toyota a comprar
Thanks for the review here. Beautiful presentation and your English skills is top notch! Full of enthusiasm and I had a feeling you would pick the Korean vehicle, not because you’re Korean but it’s overall feature packed ^_^
I enjoyed watching this review.
Very well done comparison. Keep it up.
Rav4 vs new Tucson, it wsd such a review that I have been waiting for so long. Loved her clear speech, but cannot stop think that it was a bit favorited to Korean brand. I personally connot think of SUV without spare tire, especially considering where it runs in some occassions. Repair kit with flat tyre will do nothing in rural areas. Nevertheless, an excellent review, well done team! worth my time.
I live in Vietnam but I expect my tucson car to come back to Vietnam for a long time, my sister is so beautiful.
! Top class review ! So I know what to choice !
Nice review. Thanks
Finally got to see and hear the face behind the mask. Now that is a sight for sore eyes. Oh,and the review? Very good Mari. Thanks.
Very good video. Very detailed. I prefer the RAV4.
Great video presentation. Very clearly explained. Thank you.
Thank you!
Yeah thanks so much for compare and yes I decide one ☝🏻 I might get soon in a year
I owned a Hyundai Elantra for 12 years. Zero issues. I kept up the oil changes and tires, no need for an extra tire. It still ran amazing when I sold it. Thinking about a Hyundai Tucson now. Love this review. The Toyota seems outdated compared to the Tuscon
Lol, comparing a Toyota and Hyundai like they're apples to apples. They're not.
Lucky you. Many Huyndai/Kia owners can't say the same. And that's why Huyndai/Kia exterior design looks so much better, because that's the only way to lure suckers in.
Because it is outdated big time!
@@MrDdz You may find it interesting that the 2019 RAV4 had seven recalls. The 2019 Hyundai Tucson only had one.
As a 2019 Rav4 hybrid owner (love it btw), I will say the Tucson looks super nice.
but you consider another Toyota as next car
@@kswnaya here in Germany the Hybrid-Versions are absurd expensive in Insurance-Costs. that´s why i have no effort as an 1-person selfemployed-company. thats so sad....
@@fravadero but german cars must be really cheap there
Love your comparison
Well done review - informative.
I like her review, wow she even has an acoustic meter in her pocket!
She is the first reviewer I've seen use one. It's such a simply thing but makes so much sense!
she is hot too
I love her facial expression at 14:20 while showing the meter reading, telling alote.
I went for the Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid, and I love it ❤️
Very good review. Provides very useful info.
I just pick up a Rav4 Prime and it rides amazing with very good horse power in fact the fastest in this segment when it comes to a plug in model which is some what different to a standard hybrid. It's great to drive on all battery mode from any where of 43 miles to 52 miles everyday without using any gas. Highly recommend the Rav4 Prime. Worth every penny.
I concur; same great experience. I bought my Rav4 Prime 2 months ago now with about 2000 miles. In my opinion, if you are considering a hybrid with the inherent stop-start engine, the "all electric" drive of the Prime is the no-brainer choice; no engine for over 40 miles. For those driving mostly local, say goodbye to you gas station attendant..
@@alljerseystudiosnj Hi, currently have one on order we reside in the UK,excited!!. Is there some sort of run in mileage you had to complete?
How would you compare that to the Tucson phev?
@@alljerseystudiosnj except it’s about 10 grand morr
She's way prettier then both vehicles combined
and u need a girlfriend
@@Dknightxs he is right
Great review! Thanks
Thanks!
Very well done review
I've been looking at GV80, Palisade, and Telluride, but 2022 Tucson became a strong candidate. Hybrid would be nice, depending on what engine option will be in the States, otherwise N-Line will be the one to get for me. Saves quite a bit over the previous mentioned SUVs, so I could also get the 2022 Veloster N as well for joyride.
you must like crappy cars
Nice review. I personally prefer RAV 4's more traditional & analogy look.
Great job!
Excellent review indeed
From these two cars, I would choose the presenter.
UR SO RIGHT....
What a wise choice 😄
@@kodykmt - My grandfather also thinks so .
@@TAD3011 naughty grandpa 😆😆
- Seriously speaking, I would definitely choose the Tucson because I have a trust in Korean cars, first of all. Secondly, the Tuscon is impressive both inside and outside. Especially the dashboard with the integrated display does the whole thing. The new Tucson 2022 is perfectly designed.
Tough call. The toyota is more efficient, has a spare tire, and possibly can fit more items based on it's larger opening. On the other hand, the Hyundai is more refined, has all the tech, and is probably a better ride as well. I think I'd have to test drive both of them and then decide, but the lack of a spare tire bothers me a lot. Maybe the American version will have one.
The American version doesn't have one!
@@wolfshanze5980 yeah, that's why I'm now looking at the Sportage, which I test drove. It was fine, good enough I figure, to buy as a commuter/fishing car. The only thing is the greedy dealers all want "market adjustment"
over MSRP on their new cars. Quite annoying.
Great! thanks for amazing review! specially for me bc I am very aesthetically oriented and love to focus on design details and you nailed it ! homerun thank you!
Great job, detailed and professional
Good job Ms Mari
Excellent basic review, thanks very much! I’m leaning towards the new Tucson..!
