Greetings from singapore. Agreed it's not a problem man.... the title of this video shouldn't be starting problems. It's just how FI bikes works ... maybe for those who are used to carbureted bikes this video might help. Anyway the owner's manual says it all.

Im also a fzs fi user and I'm very knowledgeable about automobile but there are some riders with zero technical knowledge they don't know what is EFI what should do and shouldn't do.many fzs users make empty the fuel tank and distroy fuel pump and try to claim this bike is not good

How to know the Engine Mul Function problem ,the Yellow engine Lights On while riding ,hw to solve this issue ..what is cause of this problem
Basky Muniandb It can be speed sensor (speedo) error. Or battery discharge issue. Also possible any other sensor like Oxygen sensor is disconnected of malfunctioning. Also temperature sensor on cylinder error. Check one by one.

I bought my new bike 3 days back fzs v2.0 dual disc and from very next day it is giving me prob just bcoz it do not start.... I have tried ur way also but it didn’t worked. Only after trying 2 3 min it starts, tell me what could be the prob
can be a vaccum lock. Please keep 80% fuel all the time. If this happens next time, remove tank cap, move the bike side to side and then put it back and try to start.

Ok, so after some time the motor needs to be cleaned or the carbon brush needs change.
Cause that is causing starting problem now for my bike
I don't think that's needed anywhere before 80,000 to 1,00,000 kms. Just maintaining the switch gears is enough to keep things working. Sometimes it's a simple relay problem.

Bhushan Talmale question is why do you want to repair it in the first place ?
If it's damaged, depends if it is repairable or not. The local meter repair shops can repair them. Just ask for garuntee before you get the job done. Pay only after they make it work.
Hi, I have fzs ver 2.0 while riding the engine cuts off and and I have to pull aside and off the kill switch and switch on then only the bike starts it's doing quite often now a days could you help me
Few things :
1. Replace Spark Plug
2. Spray WD40 on kill switch
3. Check the lean sensor under the tank. If it's not fixed properly, fix it into place.
4. Check the injector. Try a injector cleaner.
5. If nothing works, visit a service center.
Sir, my bike is fazer fi 2017 model. The bike is not starting without the throttle. And it makes trouble while starting, the battery is fine, and cranking well. What is the reason behind the prblm

Bro my R15 v2.0 makes no sound sometimes on trying to start it. I get a buzzing sound as usual when I turn the key with the shut-off button at on position. Self starter use karne pe koi response hi nahin aatha. My bike's relay has been replaced, I've replaced the right side button kit too. Please help.
If the battery is old, it can be a weak battery. If not, it can be a possibly failing starter relay.
As basic trouble shooting, spray some WD40 on the starter switch and if possible, sand the contact point by removing the switch gear.

Yes. Everything else is same. Just a small difference in the chassis near the cone set to mount that dome.

around 50 to 70 I feel engine vibration at the left side where i place my knee . Similar to the vibration that happens if a gear shift is needed . i go with 5th gear at 50kmph speed and till 50 its smooth. Sometimes it lasts around 50 to 55 or even 70. if i keep on giving the same throttle sometimes vibration reduces. Could you please address this ?

Aniruddha Rakshit Vlogs Battery shouldn't have discharged in 6 days. Get it checked once and replaced if needed.
To start ... Put bike in 1st or 2nd gear . Ignition On, kill switch on ... Hold clutch .... Walk/run and pop the clutch. Bike will fire up.
Note : do not use throttle at all.

Any battery will work fine. You can go for any battery with the right specification like Exide, Amaron or Tata Green. Hope the issue is with battery and not the charging system (Stator + RR unit).

Hello the "moto tech wandered" owner.
When I try to start my fzs v2,most of the times it starts,after clicking the self button 5-6 times or more.if u know some solution,than plz tell me.i face only this problem in my ride.ty

I am suspecting the spark plug to be faulty. Replace the spark plug.
If the problem persists even after replacing spark plug, it can be a faulty HT coil, spark plug cable or spark plug cap. You might need to replace them as well. But start with the spark plug first. Replace it and see if your issue gets resolved.
I change the plug,change the battery, pickup cable & the fuse bulb too.& Changed all oil,but the problem still now with me.

Bro i have fz ver2 2014 model i have covered nearly 47k when i cross 70 or more speed my bike engine par some iron rubbing sound was coming and i stop the bike and when i again start the bike then the engine sound was normal if u know tell me the problem bro
Generally this sound comes from loose valves or damaged timing chain.
Self start doesn't work after bike stops in gear. It starts only when in neutral. Is it normal? Or do i have to repair it?
The clutch switch is gone. Replace it and that should fix the issue.

Sounds like an error code. Can you get a OBD scanner to read the ECU codes ? Mostly it's a blown or disconnected sensor.

I hd this starting prob past 1 month... I use to ride sme km n stop the bike... Aftr starting it tkes self bt wouldn't start.... Nw the battery has drained also... Cn u suggest me smethng.. Cause I dnt want to tk to mechanic cause they r nt proffesional over here for this bikes
@@sheldonfernandes7896 please check if the battery is getting charged when engine is running. Check the voltage with a multimeter revv the engine and voltage should be around 13-14 volts

Bike jab running me tab hi gear down Karna chahiye ... Agar aap 5th gear me ho aur aapne brake maar k rok Diya aapne ... Phir khade khade agar aap clutch pakad k 5th gear se neutral Lana chahe, toh dikkat hogi hi.

@@tridip.chakraborty then you have to live with it. I were you, I would have re-tuned it in a way that it starts with one push like my 10 yrs old Gladiator.
@@MototechWanderer dude re tuned several times with lean pilot mixture it do gets starts easily a bit, but heats up really quickly and rev doesn't come down without acceleration.

During the delivery of my fzs v2 this was the first thing the showroom guy demonstrated me, but i sometimes face a different kind of issue.Sometimes i.e. once in 4-5 months suddenly when I crank the bike the the sound from the starter motor sounds as if it cannot rotate freely and I have to press the starter switch for 5-6 seconds to start it up and sometimes the bike simply refuses to starts and while cranking I just get a single clicking sound like tak...tak. It stays for 2-3 days and rectifies automatically. During the issue I checked my battery and the charge was completely fine and the battery health is also very good. In my 2 years 10 months of ownership I got this issue 3-4 times. The problem increases when the bike heats up. Rajdip Saha To me it looks like weak battery. Also try cleaning the self start button switch.
If nothing works, then it's a faulty starting relay.
Mototech Wanderer Ya the service guys were also quoting it to be a faulty starter relay
The issue is so strange once it happened I thought of taking it to the service center but did not had time for 2 days constantly I faced the issue when the third day I started the motorcycle in the morning the issue vanished and never returned.
So till now I have not got the opportunity to show this issue to the service guys
Rajdip Saha First try replacing battery with another Fz. Also try to clean the self switch.
If nothing works, its the faulty relay.

@@matthewserrano4048 best way to start any EFI would be to just switch on ignition, let fuel pump load, then crank in for 1-2 seconds. Any healthy engine will start immediately when this is done.

binod pattanaik I guess Gixxer makes a little more power and torque than Fazer, hence Gixxer is slightly faster. But in terms response, EFI system of Fazer / Fz is amazing.

Bai meray pass b fzs vr 2 hai. Uss ki battery kharaab thi tu maine uss mai nayi battery install ki ..4lb ki instead of 5lb .aab uss mai problem ye aati hai jab mai shaam ka waqt head light on karta hu tu 5 6 km chalta hu tu meri bike khud he band hoti hai.. Phir start nhi hoti hai.phir force laga ka start karni padti hai but uss ka baad light on kro tu light je nhi chalti hai na horn chalti hai ye kya problem hai bai plz reply...
Aagar kisi ko iss problem ka related kch b pata hai tu plz mujhy bataya..
Aapka Regulator Rectifier (RR) shayad kharab ho chuka hai isliye battery charge nahi ho paa rhi. RR unit badalwaiye aur phir check kijiye. 900 Rs tak ka aata hai RR unit Fz ka.

2. Smooth Engine. Mai tour karta hu isliye engine smoothness bahut zaruri hai mere liye.
3. EFI. Electronic Fuel Injection system ke wajah se engine bahut hi responsive and efficient hai. Mileage bhi achhi deti hai.
