- I am not making claim of this video, This video use to be belong to another channel that was named "Anime final battles" (Im not too sure if thats the right name or not its been a while, if anyone knows the actual name of his channel so i can give credit then please tell me in the comments) He use to have many different video with a the same Amazing formats for each fight... Im just reposting so others can enjoy his work. I am not making any claim that I own this video.
I like how Musashi just stays there like a derp while his enemies are like squaring up and making some martial art poses.

The chapter prior when hanayama is told retsu was killed and he shatters his glass got me but that "i bear no grudge against you but do to my profession I'm going to beat the hell out of you" really hit home hanayama is and always will be a badass

@@maximus-go1um Mr. Utsumi (the guy that wanted tp bow to Hanayama) approached Hanayama about Musashi and the issues he brings with him. Since Mr. Utsumi is from the police and Hanayama from the yakuza, anything official between them would be unbecoming of both their sides, hence the deal/unspoken arrangement for Hanayama to tke care of business.

I was also Genuinely surprise too by the threat he made, Especially to a person like musashi but it makes perfect sense when you remember that he did lose restu because of fight with musashi like how the other comments say..

It was drawn a little while ago, without any spoilers the ending is unsatisfactory..
Well it kind of makes sense. Musashi is a bloodthirsty killer after all. Baki believes that when you fight a guy you're supposed to be pushed to your limits and then become stronger. You learn from your opponent and you both grow from the experience. But with Musashi if you lose you die and that's that. There's no room to grow, you either take everything or let everything be taken from you. That goes against Baki's ideals as a fighter so I can see why he'd hate Musashi enough to try to kill him. Musashi is a danger to Baki's world.
Would have been interesting if Musashi knew about the feat of the fearless man who saved the Hanayama family, it happened back in his day after all
I study Japanese history, mostly during the Sengoku period. The real Musashi was a baddass who never lost a sword duel. Even killed his greatest rival with a boat oar

Hanayama has more than 90 tons of gripping force, it could make cutten of objects fixed through the pressure of his grip. On other hand Sukune has, the grip to turn coal into a diamond, same feat as yujiro. But I still prefer hanayama's gripping strength. It is superior to sikorsky, musashi and equal to sukune, yujiro in terms of grip power.
Baki and Hanayama are such genuine friends.
Hanayama is clearly physically superior to Musashi. His bone can’t be cut by Musashi’s blade, his grip is superior. His physical strength too! However the mistake was letting Musashi hold on to his swords. Hanayama was slashed VERY BADLY. I know swordless Musashi still has slashing skills, but I think he won’t be as capable as when he did have swords.
Actually he is even stronger without Swords!

I really like the reason why the writer put up the honor of the real musashi miyamoto in the series, that giving him immense strength to beat the crap out of everyone, it would be a shame if musashi had lost to fictional characters while he is being taken from a real life legend
It's why the fight with yujiro was interrupted it's a canon fact no one can beat him but they couldn't disrespect the legend either.

Am I the only one surprised of how tough hanayama was like he rlly took musashi on and gave him a challenge
he took musashi on, sure, but he didn't give him a challenge. musashi was only serious at the last encounter when hanyama tried his punch again and he just casually cut hanayama like 10 times aswell as didn't get hit. (9:12-10:06) he is very tough especially when compared to someone like retsu or baki, since musashi can just cut right through them, though. it's similar to the fight between pickle and musashi, just being able to take your oppponent's attacks doesn't get you anywhere, you also need to be fast and skilled enough to hit your opponent back. if musashi would've been serious from the start hanayama wouldn't have landed a single punch.
@@iogamer9844 u can't really say that if musashi were to go serious at the start he wouldn't of landed a hit cus it doesn't work like that using that logic if yujiro were to go all out at the start with baki he would have won in a second same case with pickle and retsu my point is u can't base it off that cus none ever does that fights are based of someone's characteristics aswell with hanayama I could of said he could have definitely won if he didn't give musashi time to regain strength after he was knocked to the floor a couple of times yet I don't because even tho he could of he didn't and that's the point a fight is also based around intelligence and how u like to fight so if they don't go all out in the beginning that's just how they fight that's how everyone in any anime literally fight point is musashi still struggled especially when it comes came grip strength

@@Ahmadavocado I don't really remember but there is a scene where Musashi grabs both of Yujiro fists and it makes Yujiro uncomfortable (anything makes the world strongest creature uncomfortable is... you know).
So it can be understand that in strength, Yujiro 10, Musashi is at least 8 (also Musashi can lift at least 500kg by one hand easily).
And we haven't even mentioned his swords, which made him a true living legend.

One of the things that pisses me off the most about every fight involving musashi. Everyone picks a fight with him, and when they get hurt, everyone loses their fucking mind. Retsus fight/death is a perfect example of this. Fight to the death, Retsu loses a fight to death, with weapons HE asked for, everyone is pissed musashi killed him??? Fucking smoothbrain children these characters ffs

@MythicPi that's because even they have a fight to the death, they spare each other because the humiliation is a bigger blow to these fighters than death. Not to mention that they all get stronger as time goes on, which is why they spare people. It's why yujiro stopped killing all of his competition. He got bored when no one else could come close to him.

The sumo guy after getting punched by Hanayama once: * Is knocked out. Bleeds a river. Takes way longer than Musashi to recover a bit
Musashi's stats are just unfair. He's one of the fastest characters, being comparable to the likes of Yujiro. He's tougher than a sumo dude, who literally specializes in toughness. He's a bit below the likes of Hanayama in terms of toughness. His recovering ability and stamina is unreal, even for the Bakiverse. Dude can recover in seconds and has never had any trouble with stamina. His grip strength is comparable to Hanayama and Pickle as well, being able to stop Motobe from stealing his sword with just 2 fingers and competing with Hanayama as well as Pickle in a direct contest of grip strength. This dude literally got everything going for him. He's like Yujiro. Just what exactly was everyone thinking, trying to challenge him? He's a Yujiro except he kills even more.
It's crazy if Hanayama wouldn't of stop and told him his name he would of probably won that fight. That's how much of a beast Hanayama is.

I was never really sure why a swordsman was the choice for the strongest guy to fight against in this series. Musashi seemed like a better fit for an anime with weapon-based fighting.

Hanayama is awesome. He's too clumsy, but he's usually strong enough to make up for it. He's like a Japanese Oliva. I don't like seeing Musashi fight people because he always slashes unarmed people. I'd appreciate him much better if he sliced people like that with his hands.
