He technically did because as president he was required to. So he received it and kept the bare minimum required to keep ($1) and donated the rest of his check. He did this with wveey single check he received as president. The only reason he kept $1 is because he was required to. He had to keep some of the money. So he chose the very minimum and donated everything else.

Even if inflation is a half a percent that still doesn't address the fact that stuff has increased so much in the last 4 years that it has outpaced the increase in people's incomes. The only way the cost of products will get closer to people's income as comparable to 2020 it has to be negative to bring it back down to 2020 levels.

I hit the gym about 3 or 4 times a week and make it a point to talk to younger people that may be voting the first time. I always stress to them to do THEIR OWN homework to find out the facts and not to just take the regurgitation from propaganda outlets acting as news networks. Make it a point to not shove the truth down their throats but to encourage them to discover the TRUTH on their own. We KNOW which direction the truth will point them….

Under Trumps time in office, I refinanced my home 2 times and was able to get down to 2.25% with no closing cost. They called me and told me about the lower rates. I asked why? They said the competition was strong and they didn't want me moving to another company.
