13:55 It also gets access to quite a few coverage moves, notably Grass Knot. I simmed Eelektross in OGL with its current moveset, and with Grass Knot, surprisingly, it actually LOSES a matchup overall in the 0s (gains Quag+shadow, Swampet and Whiscash unsurprisingly, but loses Dewgong, Mandi, Shadow A9, Registeel & Talon), in the 1s it loses 2 matchups overall (gains Cash, loses Charja, Licki & Mandi), and in the 2s its even (gains Registeel, loses Medicham). So while you'd think Grass Knot would make Eelektross better, unfortunately it doesn't.
As an aside, as of Generation 9, Eelektross gets a new move in Supercell Slam, which is very similar to High Jump Kick in that it if misses, the user takes half hp recoil, however its stats are slightly different. Feel like this would be an interesting move to see added as a psuedo High Jump Kick clone, with less damage and potentially a lower debuff chance/amount to compensate. Doubt it'd help Eelek at all tho lol.
It's just a terrible Pokémon overall. Easily the worst community day to date.

I'm going to play my eelectross with dc, and liquidation cause the defense drop from liquidation sounds like a lot of damage from the volt switches after the debuff
If electross had bulk, it would be an absurd meta pick. Running acid spray with liquidation is surprisingly good coverage and the volt switches wrack up so much damage. The damn thing can't stay alive though.

it was pretty successful with 24 shinies and a rank 4 for gl / rank 6 for ul
Cress and Anihilape are both so insanely good so I’m not surprised Electross got to shine (to a degree) lol you can almost use anything with them. I’ve been running Anihilape, Cress and Swampert. Might throw Electross in cause it seems fun lol Azu running rampant rn for me personally what I’ve noticed..Goodra is also popular since com day so Elec might be a really good mon to use.

I got a shiny 2/15/12 which ranks 2nd as far as the best possible IVs it can have for Great League. 1500 CP

The meta needs a consistent electric type pokemon with high defense.
Ik abilities aren't actually in game but istg when certain mons get to the red health it feels like they hit harder lmao
