Baus, try Sunfire abyssal riftmaker thornmail with sorc boots. Full magic damage, solid ap with riftmaker health conversion, omnivamp, and a lot of mr shred without losing any tankyness. Frozen heart is shit unless you build fimbulwinter with it.

To answer your question about getting muscles: the only supplement you should really take is creatine monohydrate. It’s extremely safe and cheap and you just have to take 5g a day whenever and it’s basically just a +10% strength buff. Other than that just make sure you’re getting enough protein and you’re not eating in a caloric deficit and you’ll gain muscle while working out for sure. Good luck on your fitness journey baus
Creatine floods the muscles with extra water, it doesn't make you stronger lol. It aids recovery and makes you look bigger, that's all it does. Idk where you sourced that info about being 10% stronger.
@@lordesky9671 it gives you that extra boost to do one or two reps past your usual capacity, well known. I just used 10% as a number because if you can only do a certain set of 10 it can help you get to 11, hence 10% more

I don't know what studies say about creatine strength but from 10 years of personal experience it does make you a bit stronger. From what I know it allows you muscles to use more oxygen but don't quote me on this:D

Yeah I think you're absolutely right about ROA at the end. ROAs passive Eternity just offers so much free healing and mana regen that helps keep you in fights longer. With Frozen Heart you still keep running out of mana in the fights.

When I comes to the body building thing, if you need advice is very simple. Lifts weight 3-4 times a weak, in a calorie surplus[2200+ cal], and lift weights until failure. If you do these three things, you will see progress and be stronger within a month.
And get an appropriate amount of protein to ur body weight otherwise ur gains r slow
You dont just lift weights until failure. You should be doing sets with weight that you can only do 8 reps with. At 8 reps, your form should go to shit. Then you rest for a minute and do the next set. Do three sets of each exercise. That is how you will bulk. And you need a lot of protein. Not just calories. Whey protein is really good for mass because servings have a high calorie and protein content.

About the build, one of the best tank stats at the moment is hp, so stuff like warmogs and rod of ages is pretty good on tanks, even stuff like liandry and zhonyas is good too but they are only good when mixed with mostly tank items and not by themselves, the armour from zhonyas makes you a little bit more tanks but you don’t get much value from damage reduction if you have low overall hp, liandry I kinda the same, the item is strong but not if you dies too quick, but if you’re very tanky and can stay alive long enough to proc it multiple times in a single fight it’s good….

Building muscle is simple. Eat a slight calorie surplus, eat a minimum 0.5g /lb body weight of protein each day, and lift progressively heavier weights to failure 3 days a week

Roa is amazing for lanesustain and dmg
Liandrys is amazing for damage, naut can do decent damage with some ap but most of it relies on spamming e and kiting or cc locking with the rest of your abilities
Fimbulwinter allows for sustain while kiting with e and procs on all your abilites (except w if pass on cd)
rylais though exceptional in terms of opportunity makes your e spam almost freeze enemies in place (godlike when they have no dashes, but useless otherwise, much like nauts e normally)
though all these items are quite expensive and out of the way for a normal naut build, once ahead naut becomes the biggest pain because he cant be approached and always a hook away from death. Though when behind (or poor) naut tends to not stay alive long enough to deal damage and therefore is only really valuable for his tankiness and cc, relying on others to deal the damage, essentially becoming a blitzcrank of sorts.
In a similar manner itemization and powerspiking on naut is varied. When getting a kill early, rushing haunting guise and tear will result in him being a bully early spamming e (as happened here with blue buff, keeping up with sett through some of the lane), though if you lack the gold looking to outdamage and/or sustain as naut becomes near impossible and a roa rush is nearly mandated for some sustain after which only tanky items lay in the future.
Perhaps the Bausen special can make it possible for naut to not really be behind or even come ahead against most of the enemy team, however this advantage must be exploited to be able to build more damage, otherwise naut impact aside from a cc tank will never increase. A problem with this is that naut is very immobile and cant easily be all over the map in order to press its advantage or look to gain one. Unless you ambush the enemy they tend to be able to decide who takes a fight with naut and therefore be able to completely crush naut advantage. Say with sion (r), quinn (r) or rammus (q & r) you are mobile enough to run away and pick a better use of your time if you are suddenly in a disfavorable matchup/situation. With naut you can look to run away from such situations but tend to be outmanouverable and somewhat forced to take certain pressure costing time and resources, making it harder to gain or exploit an advantage.
perhaps the most neutral ground is to rush roa and fimbulwinter only getting liandrys when suddenly at an advantage or rich and other than that only tank items. Though this will still leave you weak early. Essentially naut needs to be up a decent amount of gold to be able to afford haunting guise or liandrys up on the oponent and you will crush them always, otherwise you are only a different form of blitzcrank.
"i eat a lot of meat" - baus
I love mid lane nautilus, it’s a great counter to annoying assassins like Akali or Zed. You can go Lich Bane, electrocute, full ap into assassins or mages, and into tankier enemies i like RoA into Liandry’s. Abyssal is also REALLY good first item on Naut into AP, he’s on top of them, does a ton of base dmg so pen is extra valuable, and it gives MR and is super cheap.
u should try thresh top more ap for evry stack he get and more tanky too
