nahhhhhhh those are not pull ups. Doing pull ups like that easily double the number a person can do. Tbh I think even if he went all the way down he could still do 7 pull ups but I understand not doing it since the bar is pretty low to the ground. (also technically he did chin ups not pull ups but it's not a big deal at all)
The median number of pullups people can do is zero.

@@keyrussell6057 they're similar enough tbh. The bigger problem was range of motion but with the bar being that close to the ground I understand why he didn't go all the way down
