I sleep, but first pray I dream, but first invision. I wake, and gratefully praise life. I live, and keep God in mind, I act, and harmonize with the reactions. I speak, and I live the words. I teach, and I learn with each lesson. I write, and I let love guide the pen. I think, and continue to dig with further thought. I realise thought is inescapable while conscious and aware, I understand being conscious and aware means to be alive. I value life with that conscious and awareness, And I'm always brought back to thought, and it's unending observation while aware. I realise thought is prayer, and faith is solidified into knowing the connection is inescapable to God because prayer is the honest conversation to God thru thought. God is solid God is fluid God is whole God is each part that makes the whole. And if thought and prayer is inescapable to our awareness here, then there is no true habitable environment for fear to manifest its energetic alchemy. Fear deteriorates faith when given a habitable environment. Fear gains this environment by spreading doubt. Doubt is made possible thru misguidance or deception, tho the two are far more detrimental when combined. And as deep as we go with any theory towards this existence and awareness foundation we realise we are still in thought, and it's inescapable nature. Wisdoms are to be trustworthy for healthy growth thru lessons learned with experience and contemplation upon the nature of healthy survival. Creativity is our healthy outlet of growth, and is at its most potential when awareness is dialed in and focused on the nature at hand. We do all this with thought, with awareness, simply by being alive and gifted with this conscious we are undoubabtly apart of. Good lessons, when learned, defeat hatred and deception, for there is no force or fight to be won, other than to dissolve the idea of fighting thru the learning and understanding of God's good compassionate guidance. I say God because it is something any believer or non believer would recognize as an idea of wholeness. Pitting religions to fight seems more so a clever deception, for there is not healthy growth in that mindset, only division, and division is the illusion to think you can escape thought or conscious awareness. So we teach with the more awareness and insight is gained. We preach when one is in need of inspiration to understand. We love unconditionally because it is in our nature to love. Hatred is lack of love just as darkness is lack of light, where it is easy to love just as it is to shine light in a dark place and illuminate the surrounding beauty. Misguidance has tried to reek havoc, and the more who get angry at it help it grow. The deceptions stop when you become more aware than them. You become more aware of them by establishing your thought and awareness as one. When you're aware that you cant escape thought, but can use it in great healthy ways, then this is when God is answering your prayers and working thru and with you. This is where evils dissolve and have no prescense or dictation of structure. Evils disappear when you stop looking at them with your awareness. And when you gain this awareness you seek to help others know these wisdoms. Know this...you can make evils have no place in your heart, mind, body, spirit, soul, awareness...i could go on. Keep in mind that your mind is always thinking while your conscious and aware, even when you sleep, and so prayer is just a conversation of thought and God is listening, and answering and showing. Love, beauty, and peace for all, for all are a piece of beauty and love. God bless. God is good.

This track makes my sleep deeper and much more restful. Oddly I awoke just as the louder, brighter angelic voice section came up and the sun broke through the clouds and my room became brighter! This happened three times afterwards!
I listen to this imagining maybe, just maybe, each of our ascents when we die will be this peaceful and accompanied by something analogous to this beautiful tune. It makes me hopeful that a gentle God will take us back into His arms with a serenity of which this melody is a small sample.
I don't know what it is about this clip in particular but it's the MOST soothing one I've ever heard from this channel... most of them are very soothing and amazing, but a lot have this galactic/almost too esoteric or existential-sounding quality to them that more arouses my brain's compulsion towards anxiety or thinking. I realise thought is prayer, and faith is solidified into knowing the connection is inescapable to God because prayer is the honest conversation to God thru thought.
God is solid
God is fluid
God is whole
God is each part that makes the whole.
And if thought and prayer is inescapable to our awareness here, then there is no true habitable environment for fear to manifest its energetic alchemy.
Fear deteriorates faith when given a habitable environment.
Fear gains this environment by spreading doubt.
Doubt is made possible thru misguidance or deception, tho the two are far more detrimental when combined.
And as deep as we go with any theory towards this existence and awareness foundation we realise we are still in thought, and it's inescapable nature.
Wisdoms are to be trustworthy for healthy growth thru lessons learned with experience and contemplation upon the nature of healthy survival.
Creativity is our healthy outlet of growth, and is at its most potential when awareness is dialed in and focused on the nature at hand.
We do all this with thought, with awareness, simply by being alive and gifted with this conscious we are undoubabtly apart of.
Good lessons, when learned, defeat hatred and deception, for there is no force or fight to be won, other than to dissolve the idea of fighting thru the learning and understanding of God's good compassionate guidance.
I say God because it is something any believer or non believer would recognize as an idea of wholeness.
Pitting religions to fight seems more so a clever deception, for there is not healthy growth in that mindset, only division, and division is the illusion to think you can escape thought or conscious awareness.
So we teach with the more awareness and insight is gained.
We preach when one is in need of inspiration to understand.
We love unconditionally because it is in our nature to love.
Hatred is lack of love just as darkness is lack of light, where it is easy to love just as it is to shine light in a dark place and illuminate the surrounding beauty.
Misguidance has tried to reek havoc, and the more who get angry at it help it grow.
The deceptions stop when you become more aware than them.
You become more aware of them by establishing your thought and awareness as one.
When you're aware that you cant escape thought, but can use it in great healthy ways, then this is when God is answering your prayers and working thru and with you.
This is where evils dissolve and have no prescense or dictation of structure.
Evils disappear when you stop looking at them with your awareness. And when you gain this awareness you seek to help others know these wisdoms.
Know this...you can make evils have no place in your heart, mind, body, spirit, soul, awareness...i could go on.
Keep in mind that your mind is always thinking while your conscious and aware, even when you sleep, and so prayer is just a conversation of thought and God is listening, and answering and showing.
Love, beauty, and peace for all, for all are a piece of beauty and love.

Hi, I have read a bit on Crohn's it appears it is auto immune. There are several things that may help you, the first being probiotics (foods) and probiotics (supplements). Coconut and coconut is healing for digestive issues it's also antimicrobial. There is a drug, pharma drug called Asacol it slows down the digestive tract and lets you assimilate food and nutrients. Best of luck. P. S. Steer away from processed foods and foods with additives, also yoga helps calm the whole body and in particular the digestive tract.

I don't know what it is about this clip in particular but it's the MOST soothing one I've ever heard from this channel... most of them are very soothing and amazing, but a lot have this galactic/almost too esoteric or existential-sounding quality to them that more arouses my brain's compulsion towards anxiety or thinking.
