I really like this one a lot. I've found other channels have frequencies that hurt a lot even though they say they're to heal. 174,472,741 combined causes me pain. I try to only listen to solfeggio frequencies music. This one though does seem to help me. Love your channel. Oh i also enjoy your 777hz one with the jellyfish on the thumbnail.
I have Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis fibromyalgia spondylitis and more. So yeah i really enjoy this one a lot!

Can someone help me I want to get more into meditating but I always have pain when I’m sitting with my legs crossed my back hurts and my chest feels so heavy I can’t even take a deep breath. Friend, the way that works for you IS the right way! There is no need to sit crosslegged on the floor. Sit in a chair or lay down, whatever feels comfortable to you and as long as you don't fall asleep, you will soon be meditating. Count your breath, observe the mind. Trust me. Don't let "rules" ruin your right to enlightenment. Also, remember you are already "there", a physical position has very little saying in you meditation, the mind is where the action is 😀 You can do this! 🥰

Love all the solfeggio healing frequencies, thank you, does anyone know what piano notes the 174hz and 285hz frequencies are in by any chance?? Apparently 396hz is in C because it makes the sound "DO" for the root chakra and so ond with the other chakra frequencies like 528hz is apparently E because its (solar plexus) chakra sound that goes with that frequency is "MI", but what note are the 2 i mentioned above played on piano? The 174hz and 285hz frequencies, and possibly after the octave its in too? But i should be able to figure that out by just guessing i guess, but yea anyways, Biggg thanks in advance, i could give you some chakra knowledge in return or whatever, peace :)
