And my youngest was a Wild Kratts fan and we found Kratts Creatures and Zoboomafoo on a streaming service, they liked the cartoon better and thought the puppet was creepy. Go figure.

I was a huge animal facts nerd and I absolutely LOVED this show! I watched each and every episode and caught up on any I didn’t see recently actually 😂
The super powers are done so well! They give them powers while still having weaknesses (malfunctions and having to touch an animal and each animal having their own weakness ex: fish can’t be out of water) and they leave room to build on the powers each time with new creatures! Also they keep a timeline by referencing the animals and tech in the past!

Because of Chris and Martin, I realized just how important life is, all kinds, no matter the species. The show also taught me to stand up to people who would use others for their own gain, and that every one has strengths, even if it seems they only have weaknesses. I’m autistic and this show, along with animals in general, are my hyper fixation. This show will always hold a special place in my heart. One of my favorite things about Wild Kratts, is that the show had a continuity. Animals and inventions that were used in one episode constantly came back later in the show, whether it was as a cameo, a quick mention, or as a part of the plot. I honestly feel it's what sparked my love for learning about animals and that spread into astronomy for me as well. I also have a really fond memory with the games since I would often play them on my school's computers when I didn't have anything else to do or needed to stay inside when it got cold out (I got sick easily during the winter when I was younger) those and the Electric Company games were some of my absolute childhood.

I wanna say something about the villians because, its been in my head for months.
Ever since I watched the new episodes to see how they're doing, I took note on the villians of the show and how Donita is the most disturbing villian.
Ok, Zach makes robots and puts animals in to it to make it function. Gordon captures and creates food, whether or not they are endangered and there have been a lot of occurances where that has happened in reality. Paisely just shoos animals away to make it her property.
Those three are really common now (sadly).
Now, Donita captures animals and makes them a part of her closet. LIVE animals, all frozen and for her to wear. That is criminal and cruel to a whole new level! Yeah, economy, robots and endangered species being hunted is bad but THIS LADY made a dress out of LIVING dracos, butterflies, a whole LIVING cheeta scarf, etc.
Donita just scares me because she doesnt care about the living wildlife she proceeds to make as a fashion line for her brand. I am heavily thankful that Dabi is her servant because, he's dumb and cant do shit. He cant skin a lizard alive, he cannot do these acts of cruelty because he has a heart. GLADLY.
I'm really surprised of how Wild Kratts snuck in this lady of monstrosity, props to them.
And if your thinking about skinny pale man, Zach is a runner up to the morbidity because he uses live animals too but, I'm only highlighting Donita.
Edit: I know the actual name of the new villian Paisely Paver

Although the villains weren’t really that threatening. Like “Oh I want to make all frogs my slaves because the wild rats threw a frog at me when I was five!” This one villain called Pasley Paver, who names their kid that? Thats PBS Kids for you, shows with education value and being a Pretty dang good show. The villians may not be threatening but they were still villians, a lot of PBS kids shows don't have villians and usually have some rival for the main character to deal with. I think in recent years a PBS Kids show about kids that are super heros with super powers doesn't even have a super villian, they just solve problems in their little town or school to reach the kids watching different things. Wild Kratts actually had villians that were not rivals and actually were doing evil to animals and the world. It was intresting for kid watching to see the villains after seeing tons of shows with different stories but no villians and then wild kratts comes on and they have villians. So the villians were not world ending threatening like an avengers threats villians but they were able to help the story by them trying to use animals because of their unique abilities which will show us their special features which will add on to the knowledge the Kratt Brothers give out. I can only Remember one other show with the past 10 years that has villians and it was Odd Squad but that show was more about learning math and the villians would cause crimes and oddness and the Agents would need to use math to fix everything. The villians were Pretty good and unique which is what made Wild Kratts a great show for a kid to watch.

The villians also help the people watching understand the animal more because Zack, Donita, and Gourmand (minus Paisley) find animals and use them because of their unique trait and combine that will the Wild Kratts hanging out with the animals an using the animals powers save the day, your definitely gonna learn something from a wild kratts episodes.

I remember being at the age where I thought cartoons were stupid when the first episodes released. I think I even remember seeing the premiere with my brother after seeing the 'advertisement' sections of the show during the transactions from cartoon to cartoon and actually being interested despite me losing my cartoon taste. I actually enjoyed the show due in part of it not being dumbed down. Probably why I lasted with it as long as I could as a kid. Plus seeing both the bros on Zoboomafoo
as well was just icing on the cake for me.

I also used to watch this in 1st grade, in an after school club, called girls club- 💀💀 but not gonna lie it was the best time of my life in that club- we would do crafts and experiments and I remember this one time we tried to see if we could drop an egg off of the roof of the building 💀💀 but back to the topic, this was one of my favorite shows. i was learning about animals, even sometimes multiple at the same time, there was action, colors that worked so well with each other, funny jokes and scenes, and so much more--
i did try watching it again early this year, but got too distracted to keep watching. maybe i'll pick it up again very very soon!

I also love how different each episode is, it wasn't just: see animal-bad guy ruins everything-hero saves the day it actually added some nature facts, and the comedy was (is) top tier. My favorite villain was Zach, 1 because my brother is named Zach and 2 because he had cool robots, was funny and childish, had cool backstory, and on one episode sounded like he could really use a pet. Finally I even liked the things that weren't necessarily "logical" like the miniaturizer, time trampoline, and the suits, all of wich was entertaining as a kid. all in all, I had a very good childhood

And similar with the animation. It’s colorful to invite kids but not so bright that it feels it would blind you like many kids shows are. It is thanks to them that I began to discover the animal world, when I was six years old thanks to Zoboomafoo.
And I still continue today at twenty-two to watch zoboomafoo and Wild Kratt, even if for the latter it is complicated because there are few French versions on the internet, and it is never broadcast on French TV.
So I try to watch the English versions, but I don't understand all the information unfortunately. In any case, I will never thank the Kratt Brothers for having made me discover the animal world, and making me want to know more.

Your English is great! though I should mention, "I will never thank the Kratt Brothers for having made me discover the animal world, and making me want to know more." I get what your saying! But it can it is slightly wrong it should be "I can't ever thank" or "I never won't thank" or something along those lines.
because what you're saying can be interpreted as "I will never thank you for what you did" as in a mean way. it's kinda like saying "your work is awful, I will never thank you for it." that's kinda what you're saying.
though that is totally not what you mean, and I thought I'd point it out.

Ah yes, my childhood. When my dad figured out how to download episodes on the iPad, I used to repeatedly watch those few episodes religiously. I credit this show for introducing me to peregrine falcons, and getting baby me so insanely OBSESSED with them.
When I went to a bird show (ones with birds of prey, owls, and the like) and one of the birds you could walk around and see was a peregrine falcon. Handlers were offering to take their birds and set you up in a room to take pictures with them, even pet them (on their bellies only, they were conscious of the birds safety). The peregrine falcon wasn’t one of these offered birds because she was more high-strung and not as patient, especially with little kids, you know how they are. Well, little me was on a MISSION, and proceeded to bombard this handler with a hundred dozen peregrine falcon facts, desperate to prove I’d be really good and knew what I was getting into. Somehow, it worked, and now I have a picture of little me holding a peregrine falcon, which I had decreed was the absolute best day of my life. So, thanks wild kratts, I definitely knew a vast majority of my fun facts from you, and I had the best day of my life :P
