    This is a very cool property with a lot of potential! Normally, you'd be looking to LaBelle/Alva to have horses, but it turns out it is possible to keep them right here in CC if you ask Steve where to look :)

      It's a different type of area that does not feel like you are in Cape Coral at all. Super nice neighbors, they all came over to speak with me when I was listing the home.

    2008 style and look all over, but 2021 price. I think taxes will be north of 15 Grand.

      If you bought it for $1 million the city of Cape Coral will assess it for about 700,000 and charge you 2% of that which is $14,000 taxes. I would say you are right on the money (literally). If you Homestead, you will save some money off of that number. Thanks for the comment.
