Hi Y4rdkat! Thank you for sharing your experience with the 97a, I can imagine that they are even softer, it must be coool. And thanks for your words I appreciate it! Have a great session 👊🛹
Hi Rolando, I hope you are doing well! I think 54mm wheels could be a good option, over this size you might feel that the wheels are too big for street, but it’s also really personal. The majority of my friends who are skateboarding street uses 52-53mm. In my case, I am still using the 54mm wheels from the video and I am really happy with these ones, it’s really versatile! Street, Park, bowl :) Have a great skateboarding session 👊
Thank you Vasily, I really appreciate it! Nicee, I hope you will enjoy these wheels too 🔥 (For me at the beginning it was a little bit slippery, and now it's much better) 🙏
Hi Alijah 😃 If you are looking for cruising wheels, you could have a look at the Spitfire 80HD! These wheels are soft and really grippy. Durometer measures the hardness of the skateboard wheels, and usually you can find wheels between 73 (being the softest) and 104 (being the hardest). So you can keep in mind that the higher is the number, the harder the wheel. 👊🛹
@Alijah Franklin: If you need the wheels to be able to do tricks, don't get wheels softer than around 95a. The trick to rough roads is often getting wider wheels. The Spitfire F4 full conicals are pretty darn good on rough roads IMHO, especially with a shock pad / riser pad between your trucks and deck. I really wouldn't recommend wheels softer than 95a _unless_ you'll be doing nothing but cruising around and maybe pop an ollie. And again, if you get something like the Bones ATF Mini DV's 80a wheels for example as your cruiser wheel, still keep an eye on not getting wheels that are too small. A 56mm wheel will be better suited for rough terrain than a 50mm wheel. Especially when the 56mm wheel has a wider shape, like the Conical Fulls. To be honest I'd probably recommend 99a wheels, Conical Fulls, with a proper shock pad, instead of going truly soft wheels.
Hi Phemox, thank you for your comment and all those details!! I completely agree with you 💯 Maybe I haven’t put enough emphasis on the fact that these 80HD wheels aren’t made for skateboarding tricks. When Alijah was talking about rough roads, I thought he wanted to do mostly cruising, that’s why I said the 80 are good for skate cruise. But like you said, 80Hd are too soft for doing tricks... For park / street, the 99a are perfect (but a bit too hard if you only want to cruise around the city). Have a good sessh 🙌👊
These wheels look perfect to me, coming from the longboard / cruiser world 😅 What would you recommend for an old beginner in the bowl, 54, 56 or 58mm ?
Hey Fran, Nice !! 🙌 I think 54mm is a "minimum" to feel comfortable in bowls. But if you want bigger wheels you could try some 56mm wheels! Jfyi, I am still skating these ones, I am not a big bowl rider ahah but I am still loving it. Have a great session 👊🛹
@@Laskateosphere thanks so you would not recommend 58mm ? For the moment I just want to do lines, backside and frontside turns. I now have 60mm 78a so real soft but stable. I have a landyachtz ATV ditch if you want to check the model, wide old school shape.
@@jessaie-detre-chretien I just checked the Landyachtz ATV ditch skateboard, it looks like you have some space for the wheels and riser pads! If you plan to only skate transition, 58mm could also work. But I think 56mm wheels are a bit more versatile 👊🛹
@@Laskateosphere yes 7mm risers I just checked 😅 but 159mm trucks so maybe too small for regular skateboard wheels that are thinner than cruiser wheels. The hawgs wheels are 37mm wide !
Les vidéos sont toujours géniales ! Et les sons !! 🤩
Tu gères merci Matthieu 🙌🎶
Got the same wheels but 97a and I love them for skating transition.
Btw your skating is mesmerizing bro

i'm thinking of getting a set in 97a, are they a good all-around wheel that can slide and stuff?
I personally haven’t had any trouble doing reverts on wood or concrete at the park and I’m not even very good at skating
i swear grinding on coping is the most satisfying sound in the world
Oh yeaaaaah ! Pool coping “krrrrrrrr” so satisfying 🔊🔊
ce switch front 3 6 one foot des enfer! bravo
Ahah merci @MrBalou300 👊🛹 Un peu sketchy le sw36 mais il était bien drôle 😂
What size of Conical Full 99a you recommend to me to skate confortable on Street and Bowls? With just one size of Wheels.
