I would love to see this test ran again just on the battery, no leads going to charger..
I know for a fact the amplifiers will make the power, let's see it again with no leads to the charger.

If voltage drops below 12 theres a risk if killing the amplifier...or damage a minor part inside...and its quite pricy for an 8k ngl
I have 190ah of cmax with a 320a alt at 15.8v for 2 salt8s wired at .35 each(only do what i do if you accept the risk) full tilt clipping voltage dont even flicker. I clamped 340 some amps on one of the 6 double runs and math with estimated 70% efficiency if i remember around 23-24k total.l watts. Been ran like this for going on 2yrs strong. Awesome tanks of am amp line.

Can you do another video on looking for ticks on fresh built subwoofers. And also What music tones to use. I have a couple of sweep tones. But it seems like along time to wait verse you last video I seen.

I loke that titain 8 there power house batteries . This was going to be my next choice in power , simply for the size factor they tuck away in tight place an can be daisy chained . Awesome stuff . Thanks for the review video .

Spec sheet for the battery shows 11kw on burst discharge. So it is doing about what it is rated for and 14.28V is basically 80-90% discharged. Not hating on anything because both are obviously stout products. It can just read that a small 6000w battery is doing 5000w over what it is expected to when it isnt.
@HitemWithTheFlex- This was just showing the 5 second burst (with over 1,000 amps of current draw!) of what this 1 battery can do= Very impressive for a 9Lb. Battery! If a second Titan-8 (S6PWR) was added, and a 300amp alternator charging @ 16.3volts, the voltage would hold 15.6= 92% SOC!

did you disconnect the charger? if not, thats included in the supply current supplied.

How is that amp not going into protect at 16v? Im terrified when i turn on my amps in the winter @15.2v.

I got a sundown zv6 15 d2 wired down to 1ohm with a taramp md5000.1 pushing it with 5000 watts at 1 ohm and the sub is getting warm I’m on stock electrical with an extra battery what’s the problem?
More than likely your clipping the amplifier. But your subwoofer is rated for 2,500 watts R.M.S, right?

Very well built snout amps. Only downside is size. Those amps are meant for comp builds... I'll settle for my ds18 ko 8k, fits nicely behing my truck seat.
Had a salt 8b but i switched to a DS18 10k how do you like the ko8k? Havent had time to install my amp yet

1st you would have to gut the whole back seat out for that ridiculous long 8k watts from sundown audio (way over priced) and so is that titan 8. & that’s the 14V Battery also not really made for the car 12V system
When did you change the channel name? Been a min for new vids, im gonna guess no more any time soon?
My guess is, since Sundown was acquired / purchased by another company, that is a likely reason for the name change and maybe even no content. Who knows without an unofficial update.

I rather use a headway bank, can make a much bigger lithium bank for the same price.
Glowe Voltage has a better lithium battery than the Headway cells for a similar price.
@kendrellholley1981 Checked it out. Only has 535amps of burst discharge and 460amp continuous with 48ah only. Would be good for a system smaller than I'm running, though.
I'm pulling over 1.4k amps off my 128ah headway Bank.
@@Joe_1776 I would expect a 128Ah bank to perform better. I have 3 of the GV-S1’s and I’m running 2 SALT 8K’s with no problems at all. Much better than my SALT 12K and my 96Ah Headway did.
