    I havent given fertilizers ever since I bought my mini roses. I had the same, less severe issue, but what I did is prune the parts of the burned leaves, sprayed with a mixture of dishwashing soap and water, kept the plant on a shaded area.
    Every 2 days I checked on it, and see new leaves sprouts, then eventually rose buds. The buds are smaller since it's still summer time in my area.

    When my plant faced same issue, I just pruned them and started spraying (mixture of neem oil and hand wash) alternative days or every 2-3 days. They were soon back to normal.❤

    Having the same issue rn with rose plants it is such a huge pain 😭 to see plants in this condition rn here temp is also very high going 46°c doing my best to keep them alive till rainy season will do pruning then and thx for the Info Sir will try it.

    • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  2 роки тому +1

      Sorry to know and I can understand, definitely it hurts to see Roses in such stage. 46°c, that's quite hot..n such temp is somewhat high for Roses. Even hot in my place too and it goes to 37-38°c Max. This year, it could be more as weather is somewhat different. Let's see, how it goes. Anyway, wish you all the best and hope your plants revive soon. In Summer, Roses need really lots of care and Sir is not required actually!

    Hi there, My plant was diseased from Red and other mites so I purchased the pesticide from local market and it worked.
    Mites gone but my leaves were totally damaged so I pruned branches and cut all the leaves.
    After that new shoots and branches grown but again mites attack, leaves are curling and burning.
    Is there any permanent solution for get rid of mites?
    Some of my other plants are infected from mites too.
    I am a beginner in gardening and I don't wish to let my plants die.
    So, please help me brother. 🙏🏻

      Pesticides- confidor, theeta, kaka, Exodus
      Fungicides-Amistar Top, Ridomil gold, Saaf

    I think ur plant was severly infested by thrips . Even my plants suffered from this pest attack i used (imidacloprid )confidor and regent ( fipronil) alternatively and reults were amazing. After 2 spray of each of them thrips were wiped away from all my plants.
    I also heard of theeta but want to ask that can it be used in areas of north india like delhi as it is used mostly in west bengal and there is a difference of climate . If yes then i will definitely try it as its organic , and i am also satisfied with its result.😊thnx for sharing.

    • @GardeningUpbeat
      @GardeningUpbeat  3 роки тому

      @Chaitanya Srivastava, You are absolutely correct and Thrips troubles the Hybrid Roses a lot :-( I am glad to know other solution worked for you and thank you very much for your input!
      I really don't think you would get any trouble even if you stay in Delhi..One thing I would like to add here - The product description says to use 3ml in 1 liter water. And, since temp in my place is quite high, I always try to make lighter composition and so use only 1.5ml (max 2ml) in 1 liter water. Not getting any issues so far and I believe, you are safe to use Theeta (you are already satisfied with the result 😊). I tried many things on my Roses like - Neem oil, Rogor, Tafgor, Roket and many more...nothing worked and I am glad Theeta worked!

      @Arundhati Malviya, Unfortunately, Neem oil doesn't work. Not just Neem oil, many powerful Chemical pesticides (like Rogor, Roket, Tafgor etc) don't work either. Yes, you can do the same treatment and if plant is healthy enough, no need to hard prune. The buds also turn brown in case there is lack of Sunlight (Min 5-6 hours is needed). Thank you!

    Can you please tell us how to treat rose black spots on the leaves? Thank you.

      We need to use Fungicide on the plant. For that, we can apply SAAF [Technical Name - Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63% WP] and dose is 1/2 teaspoon in 1 liter water. Try to apply on both surfaces of leaves and please avoid spraying in the middle of the day. Either early morning or during sunset.

      You are 12 and already started Gardening, that's really great, KUDOS To YOU! I can understand that you can't change the soil..but Fertilizers needed to be applied along with Pesticide. Anyway, Hybrid Roses don't do well because of high temp and we need to do lots of things to maintain them. Since you are 12, no worries, there is plenty of time for you to grow more beautiful Roses. Hybrid Roses also don't do that well in Summer. For other fertilizer options, please watch this - ua-cam.com/video/lBEhHPJEjMU/v-deo.html

      @Sohan Dhanki, Mealybugs on Hibiscus is a common issue and I already did one video where I have included 5 easy methods to get rid of Mealybugs (ua-cam.com/video/aeuTt2LWdls/v-deo.html) Again, I did one video where I have discussed about Yellow leaves on Hibiscus plants (ua-cam.com/video/bac-Y3NUeWE/v-deo.html) Please watch it once and I hope you would be able to know what causing the issue. Anyway, to make them to grow fast, you would need to provide them good soil + plenty of Sunlight. If you repot once providing good soil, definitely you would see some improvement. There were issue in one of my Hibuiscus plant as well. Very soon I would upload the video. Thank you for watching and sir is not required actually :-)
