Yasssss!!! This is how ballerinas with abundant long hair distribute the weight to avoid pain and traction alopecia. I did 4 pony tails that looked like a regular bun and finally I added the frontal strands twisted or braided. I *NEVER* had any issue with my waist length hair that now that I' m retired reaches the calves😅 🧛🏻‍♀️🖤
