    For hot and humid weather its batter to use 1 to 2 tbls of corn flour to knead . It will give a batter result .

    Wonderful video...can't wait to implement it. Am so loving it, so detailed & well explained. But my question is, do I need to allow the mixture of gelatin and glucose to cool off before adding the icing sugar to it or I should just go ahead & add the icing sugar as soon as the gelatin & glucose is dissolved?

      No....it's better to add it to the Fondant when it's forming or have already formed

      For white fondant...its not necessary. Its used to retain coloured fondant

      Uwc...yes you can but with the dough or hook attachment but I will advise you mix it manually with your hands...its faster

      Uwc...CMC is called Carboxy methyl cellulose...its used to strengthen the fondant...so it can be firm. Its optional though incase you don't find it in your Location
