Pure magic. I've had this in the stash for ages, just waiting for someone to come along and inspire me. Really loved the way the putty effect and wood effects worked. That was going to be my sticking point, but boy you've given me a flying start. Fantastic result to emulate.....many thanks
Wow thanks for the comment Matt - I'm glad I've given you an idea on how to tackle the kit! You'll really enjoy this, I'm already thinking about doing this again but on a larger thing like a Mosquito! Cheers, Chris
About to start on this kit and if I can get anywhere near your effort I will be more than happy. Just a brilliant piece of work, I’m envious of your skill.
Impressive work mate, the putty and wood effects really sell this piece. Looks like you took it straight from the end of the war and shrunk it down and placed it on a stand. Well done! Subscribed
Really enjoyed the vlog Chris, loved the suitable ‘walkabout’ background music (subtle Oz references) and hey the uninterrupted voice over (with reduced waffle - if you know what I mean!). Bonzer build Becker! Dave.

Thanks Mathew and thanks for the sub, cheers Chris
Like the way you did the base mate. 👍
Thanks Paul, it's hard sometimes to find the best base for inflight aircraft! Cheers, Chris
Very nice work and presentation I liked word affect oil paint technique. The end result captures the desperation of the He162 very well.
Thanks - indeed, this was a lovely aircraft (read Captain Eric "Winkle" Brown flight review of it in his book) but built in desperation. Cheers, Chris
Splendid work 👍
many thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Cheers, Chris
Very cool
Thanks! Cheers, Chris

Thanks very much Dave, appreciate the comments - trying to do better on the voiceover too! Cheers, Chris
good job! subscribed!
Many thanks - more video builds coming, so thanks for the sub and stay tuned! Cheers, Chris
Oh Matt, if there was ever a plane that deserved to be on wheels its this one, engine open.
So help me, I’ll corrupt you one day.
Hah! No, I dont want to do an autopsy on this one - it looks fine inflight for me...
Now, an F-14 wheels down is actually a sexy thing....
