Куда то звук иногда пропадал. И что это за обвертывание. Может лепешка?
На заднем фоне играла громко музыка, поэтому пришлось наложить другую музыку, чтобы не нарушать авторские права на ютубе. А лепешка - эспанада. Обычно готовятся из пшеничной муки и обжариваются в масле.

Какое бы блюдо не посмотришь , упирается в немец перец колбаса кислая капуста . Что то хотели скопировать под азиатов и японцев , уверен не вкусно даже не пробовавши. Не зря спецы обездившие весь мир и все кухни , от бедной немецкой кухне не восторге.
