You know Sony really let me down with the mods and while I understand it's their decision to allow whatever they want on their system they also demand we fork over the same amount of money and Microsoft does. So we're paying the same for less content. If this doesn't change I'll be sure to take mine, and my group of friends money elsewhere. We've always been PS players but that's going to change if they don't.

Edit: if you still want to use mods then it's quite simple. When you load up skyrim special edition on the main menu there's the mod option. Select that and sign into your Bethesda.net account. IF YOU DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT GO ONLINE AND MAKE ONE. Once you've signed in you'll be on the mods page, to download a mod you press the PS4 equivalent to the A button on Xbox which will take you to some more info on the mod and click download
