    Janet, bring out the Pepsi soda to go with that amazing looking red bread, the part of Guyana where I am from, that what we called it. I were hoping you had some of the red coconut mixture left over, so you can turn it in sugar cake. Happy Saturday 🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾🇬🇾

    Hi Janet, how many whole dry coconut i need to buy for 3 cups?

      I think 1 1/2 dry coconut should be enough, I did this recipe so long ago I don’t remember exactly how much I used to give me that 3 cup…I’m so sorry

    I never come my coconut I love it with the fresh softness I find cooking it it get too sticky and dry also I love the ends that the best part so I don’t fold in the ends
