Traded my Softail for a new ‘23 Road Glide St last September, White Sand Pearl, love it! So far put Rinehart DBX 45s on it, Lucky Dave’s Get Lucky seat. Just put bars, heated grips & Memphis Shades 6.5” Spoiler windshield. 1500 miles so far, live in Idaho so been lucky to ride some this winter.
Congrats brother! Put 14.5k on my sporty last year, even in Minnesota now I've got over 300 miles this winter! I'm not a bagger guy, but excellent bike! I demo rode all those bikes when we as a HOG Chapter helped with the rides, we also rode all the bikes and the 23 road king limited and the road glides are definitely my favorite. We are affiliated with Elk River Harley-Davidson, the fastest growing dealership in Minnesota. Thanks for all the content brother. I don't know if I'll ever get a touring bike, everyone has one, just seems like they are so Common and coming off a ironhead is gonna be weird
Nice dude ! Plan on getting a bagger someday. I went from a ninja to a 20 street bob in river rock grey just like that one you had on the channel. Freaking love this thing man it came with a stage one with 2k miles
Do you still owe money on your old bikes I am almost done with my softail standard payment I’ve always wanted a bagger cause I like long distance just wandering ? If it would be smart to trade in now I don’t work for the dealership anymore so no deals for me :(
I had built up a lot of positive equity in my previous bike so when I went to trade in I was in a good position! I would recommend going to the dealership and seeing where you stand as far as trade in value!
That’s the first thing I would’ve changed on the 23 RG . The stock bars !!! They are so ugly . At least the 24’s changed that and put mini apes in them .
There’s things I like and things I don’t like! Like I said they aren’t as premium as the 2023 ST’s. Blacked out trim with chrome wheels? Matte black inner fairing? Also not a fan of the tank badges either. I also like my gauges being separate from my screen.

When you change your bars out consider changing out the master cylinder to radial Brembo RCS19 or Beringer. You’ll be very pleased.
