Can i ask something how to draw poses when the body twisting
Understanding the orientation of shadows can be so difficult to learn because it requires training the brain in a particularly unintuitive way. Thanks for breaking it down in a way that makes it much easier to grasp.
I really like your video is one or the most explaining video that u can find about this topic that is really hard to master! I saved this video amo shared it With my friend because is simple but AMAZING ! Can u make a video about Adding shadow in a famale body that is a little bit different ! Thanks man

Super helpful!
I just love your personality, your energy , the way you teach, basically I love everything about you
The quality of your videos are looking more polished with each upload. I definitely like the addition of "title cards" when breaking up your subjects/steps. 👍
Speaking of Strong Blacks and Hatching, is it possible to do a video on rendering the Female Anatomy?
Since typically we shouldn't over-do the rendering on women, I think that would make for a great companion video. 😁
I love your tutorials!!❤thank you for the hard work you put in your videos!❤

Do you use blending stump when drawing strong blacks using pencils ?
What advice could you give to somebody like myself who has compromised vision and wants to learn how to draw? This has always been a lifelong goal of mine even if I didn't get into comics.
When you say compromised vision, exactly in what way? I'm guessing the advice would depend on the situtation.
@@ComicBookBob I have Glaucoma. I still have some ok vision. But it can depend on well lit a room is or how dim or dark a room can be that depends on how I can see things. I've also thought about the possibility of maybe taking an art class. Because learning to draw is something I'm truly interested in.
@@torritaite2880 Thats great man, glad you're getting into it. I know that when I'm drawing I need a lot of light. My eyesight has gotten to the point I need bifocals and I have 3 lamps on my drawing desk and one of them has a magnifying glass.
@@ComicBookBob Yeah! For me I want to eliminate as many speed bumps as possible to learn how to draw. My mom always had the skills. But she absolutely HATED drawing! Or at least that's the impression she gave me.
Hi there! 👋😃
*First,* I would consult with your eye doctor on what would be the best lighting conditions for you to minimize any visual strain when drawing, reading, watching videos from a smartphone, tablet etc.
*Second,* experiment with various *pencil* *grades* *(3H,* *2H,* *H,* *HB,* *B,* *2B,* *3B,* *4B).* The *Hard* *(H)* Pencils will be your *lightest* pencils, and the *Black* *(B)* Pencils will be your *darkest* pencils. The B Pencils also have a *softer* lead, allowing for more fluid line work, but they're also prone to smearing. Play around with the various grades to see which one works best for your eyesight.
*Third,* practice with *Ball-Point* *Pens.* This is an optional exercise, however, this helps with building confidence and control when producing "final lines" for a drawing, so you don't end up trapped in the habbit of correcting lines too frequently. Making corrections in drawings is fine, but don't be afraid to make mistakes as it's also part of the process. Trust the process and most importantly, *have* *fun!* 😊
Here are some Dr. Rocke videos that goes into more detail about using *Pencils* and *Ball-Point* *Pens* respectively:
