Thank you so much for this video you saved me LOL the instructions I got were in a foreign language and nothing was marked! without this video I would not be able to put this together, thanks again
THANK YOU! Thank you THANK YOU!! You saved me from a headache. Your instruction was so detailed and incredibly helpful. I appriciate you more than words can say. 🥳
Thank you for making this video. The instructions that come with the unit are not helpful. Do you think you could do another video but take more time to show the parts in detail and how you are doing left and right? I couldn’t follow what you were showing- sorry.
@MrSandc41, What you are asking me to do is take my awning apart and video the entire process close up of each part as it goes together. Look at my video again please, I start out by showing you to lay the poles out in grouping order. Look at parts list and pictures to see the different pole letters. There are a lower group of poles for left and another group for right, then there are upper groups of poles left and right. As you look at the video I show laying out the lower left and right pole mountings along with the upper mountings left and right. I show the assemble of the left poles and how you screw the parts together. I can not move the camera, I am alone, so I can only show and describe as I go. This is an exceptionally long video already at over 24 min. I think, if you get a big area and lay out the parts as the instructions show you, then use my video step by step to assemble the poles, I think you will be able to do it. I don't see how I could make a video and show every detail of how to assemble this. Maybe get someone else to watch the video and see if they could help you some. You can just tell me what part are you not able to do, or is it just getting started. Watch the video and pause it, go try the step, come back and restart the video, and maybe that will work. Good Luck.
I am zooming in on the B poles to see exactly where each piece is placed. I was struggling a bit too. But the zoom is a great help. I’m so happy he did this video🙂
It will depend on how tight you get the two main upright poles. Most awnings can not stand up to a strong wind. You need to role it in when high winds are forecast.
@@samowens44 At sea on a average day the wind is higher than deep in the land I'm not sure if the upright poles can hold up against those bursts of wind. I may 3d print a bracket to bolt on the ceiling and then the top mount of the pole goes into that bracket with a "wall perimeter" around it so it doesn't wiggle.
Thank you very much Sam, you are a life saver. Your instructions and very detailed. I bought this a month ago and have been dreading the building and mounting for a while now.
@camiloromero6370 that is such a nice story of confidence building though my video. All of my video are produced for people that need a lot of detail. I know people have trouble with assembly instruction if not familiar. It is hard to write instruction that are clear. I appreciate your comments, it makes me feel like I accomplished something, thanks!

Do you think it will hold up in strong beach windy weather?
