Was thinking about a pair of fake Twins since they are around $20 USD here, I have a couple pair of Fairtex but 16 oz, looking for 1 smaller size for pad & bag work. Thanks for this video

I think always get 16oz but stay away from the fake gloves if sparring . Not sure if u can get fake 16oz most are 14.. to be honest i would get real genuine gloves... Adidas gloves are ok cost £30-60.. or on ebay 16oz besmart gloves are cheap and a good as fit well also very light the 16oz feel more like 14oz there only about £16 a pair and last about 6 months of hard bagwork with sparring there last 4 times longer .. happy xmas 😂
not sure as i been using other gloves for bagwork but i used them for 2 months solid and not a mark or split on them anywhere but as there fake maybe better of just buying some cheap gloves as these took about 4 weeks to come to the uk from china
Well, in the website of Twins , the bgvl3 is white around the velcro, and in most sites I see, its like that, but, on AliExpress they have that black border around the velcro like the pair you say its real on this video. Could you please explain? Because I just bought a pair like those, black border, from a second hand website and I am worried.
@paulewannacrackr Could you provide a link from a oficial Twins store with the white gloves with black border velcro? I sent Twins a email with some pictures of a glove like that, and they said its fake, It can be fake by other reasons, but I made a deep search, so, could you show me please?
@@SimoNikolov several, first the general shape and volume, the fakes have the shape and volume similar to the original fairtex (squarish, Flatter, and the wrist is larger), also the number and position of holes in the Palms, fairtex have 4 in a cross Mark shape, Twins have 5 displaced in 2 lines, the top line with 3 holes and the Bottom line with 2. I suspect this happens because they use the same template to fake both Twins and fairtex. Other clue is the stitching of the thumb on the palm, Twins have 1 Hiden Stitch and 1 visible, same as sandee, but fairtex and yokkao use 3 visible stitches, fake Twins use 3 stitches, and last, the material, the fakes are not leather, they look more shiny and don't have the grain of leather. Other thing, if in the wrist says the website of Twins Europe, I suspect that is a safe bet, because, I suspect, fakers Will prefer to write the international website adress, they want to sell to US and other places besides Europe. Other thing, there is 1 old model of Twins that we still have in Europe that can be confusing, because it does not have holes in the palm, its a old model with heavier pading on the palm and wrists, just look at the thumb stitches, if its 1 invisible and 1 visible, yep, its good.

This is not correct, white gloves have white border around velcro, and the stitching on the palm that connects to the thumb the real, is 1 stitch and another invisible stitch that leaves just a wrinkle, the fake glove has 3 visible stitches
without seeing your gloves i canot say however if you got them from aliexpress then i would say they are fake, if you want genuine twins gloves then the only place to buy them it from the twins website . put it this way if they sell there glove for a £120 plus on there site how can other places sell them £30 and be real ....
I paid £80 for the genuine ones there £120 in the boxing shops but can be cheaper on ebay

there are 2 versions. Twins makes both the white and the black velcro strap colorways.
