Please note a correction in this video lecture..... Instead of showing a human virus we have shown bacteriophage in the animation by mistake. Since we are talking about human immune system, bacteriophage shown here is wrong. Thank you.
Please first clear your concept of the terms granulocytes and agranulocytes. I have already explained it in the second video lecture. Agranulocytes also have granules in their cytoplasm but they are not visible under light microscope. Thanks
+Pierre Fabre Yes,they do. NK cells determine its target cells by recognizing the self antigens displayed on the cell surface as MHC I - peptide complex. If the antigens displayed on MHC I are not self antigens, the NK cells kill the target cells. Cells which do not express MHC molecules are also recognized as target cells to be destroyed by NK cells. Mostly lack of MHC or reduced MHC molecules are found in case of cancerous cells.
Please revisit the video where I explained what do we mean by GRANULOCYTES and AGRANULOCYTES. NK CELLS are agranulocytes. Means their granules are invisible under light microscope. Here the term granular emphasis the fact that NK CELLS have granules in it's cytoplasm which are functionally very significant. Granular and GRANULOCYTES are two different terms.
thank you for ur effort, question please what is the difference between natural killer cells and cytotoxic t cell since both kill infected or cancerogenic cell and use perforin and granzyme to do their job? kindly respond
@@FrankLectures plz make a video on prokaryotes and eukaryotes transcription in your genetics part of your channel. .😊😊 for competitive exam like gate BIOTECHNOLOGY 😊😊
Biological potent molecule here refers to the molecules present in the granules of NK cells such as perforin, granzymes. These molecules have a powerful or strong effect on the target cells according to their functions.

Thank you.
You can add this in the description rather than including in the comments. Not everyone will see the comments.
This is very decent! (I have seen this elsewhere and it wasn't corrected.)
I have come here after becoming doctor to clear basics and i loved it! Keep it up...
It is good lecture that is easily understand.I love it .Thank you very much!
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
So beautiful... thank you ❤
Wonderfully Explained. I love you
Thanks
Very well understood
Thank you for your feedback.
Mam N.K cells agranulocytes hote hai
No
Thanks for your valuable videos. I got a doubt if NK cells have granular cytoplasm why they're included in 'agranulocytes' category?

THANK YOU 💚
the video image is too poor, you need to fix it more
Thank you ma'am . It's helpful
What a beautiful explanation ❤️
Very helpful . Thank you for your efforts
Great video.
Oh god I have no words for uh mam ... I think you have a super naturals power for immunology 's typical term ...
How is virus an intracellular pathogen ?
whats the word at 4:11 minutes? very Indian pronunciation, I don't understand.
Don't the NK cells recognize the lack of MHC of other cells (as cancerous) ?
+Pierre Fabre Yes,they do.
NK cells determine its target cells by recognizing the self antigens displayed on the cell surface as MHC I - peptide complex.

+Pierre Fabre you're welcome.
Mam/sir these video series are best to gain knowledge in subject of IMMUNOLOGY thanku

very good lecture... Easy to understand
Thxxxx a milioooonnnnnnnn🎈
thankyou so much mam
Thanks you so much
Thank u
Thanks for your vedio but why you didn't explane CD16, IgG,"ADCC",CD56 how they interact and kill the cell?
I believe ADCC is another topic itself which comes under cell mediated immunity
Waw It was very helpfull. Thanks
It's really good nd helpful for me teaching s very simple to understand....thank u..
+dinesh kumar thank you for your feedback
In Last video u said that NK are Agranular cells. And in this video u say it is granular what does it mean

Primary and secondary lymphoid organs videos plzz
will try to make them soon. Thanks
lovely
Good one
Way to go ma'am 👌👍
Informative 👌
so nice
Can natural killer cell can ? All or certain viral infected cell please reply
Amazing

Thank you for visiting
Nk cell diffuse with the plasma membrane of the nk cell & this granules are _______? ? I don't get that word ?what was thatagain ?? Ty
These granules are shot out on the outer surface of the target cell
Plz make a video on humoral and adaptene immunity
Already covered. Thanks
