This is amazing, for several reasons. 1. Static. Most Bendy songs use a buzzing, or a form of dithering. Real 30s cartoons had a staticky sound. (I checked; that’s a real word.) 2. The pitch. The song mostly stays in B-minor, but the instruments in the back (Strings? Woodwind?) wander around a half-key down at random intervals. Just like the original cartoons would do. 3. The voice. It’s wacky, but still foreboding enough to let you know that this _is_ still a horror game, or a horror show. I headcanon this as Bendy’s voice. 11/10. Would have nightmares again.

I love this song! It's so much lighter than other BATIM songs, that take a much darker turn when it comes to lyrics, although the lyrics still take a kind of dark behaviour, meh. The tune as well! It sounds so circus-like and really fits in with the lyrics, And for some odd reason, this song for some people can be relatable, heck, if this gets noticed enough, I'd see people making their own animations for it! This song has so much feeling just the first 8 seconds of the song all I can think about is acceptance and that’s what I believe what this song is about it’s about Henry finally accepting the hes stuck with bendy for eternity and nothing can stop it there’s no hope left in him so he keeps on going through the loop he’s in knowing everything that’s gonna happen but also knowing that he can’t stop any of it he’s doing it all out of his own will and he just keeps going knowing that there is nothing that he can do.
I love the "What fun" line do much. It just sounds so sarcastic, and it sorta resembles the game... the cartoons are supposed to be fun, but then Joey's version of them are... not so fun. And "I will tell you what to do and you will get it done" just sounds so much like Bendy mimicking Alice. in other words this is one of my favorite batim sings ever now

Here’s why •It sets a tone that fits the BATIM atmosphere •It’s pace is great, most BATIM songs are so fast you can’t exactly hear the lyrics. But here it’s slow •The music fits the era BATIM is supposed to be set in (correct me if I’m wrong on this one) •The person behind the singing voice did a fantastic job, they sung it the best way possible. When he said “not a stage or page where I belong”, he changed his voice to sort of fit those words- referencing how Bendy takes on various roles in the cartoons (compared to less in the comics). CG5’s remix, which more invokes the comics/ink, does not have that, which I think is a great detail.

I so sadly discovered this song 6 years after it was released. I'm so sad. It's so awesome!! Even for a first; no I haven't made any music of my own, never will be able to - but I've been singing and doing covers alone in my room forever. This song is one of my favorites.

Ok. This is one of the best (or the best) BATIM songs out there. Here’s why
•It sets a tone that fits the BATIM atmosphere
•It’s pace is great, most BATIM songs are so fast you can’t exactly hear the lyrics. But here it’s slow
•The music fits the era BATIM is supposed to be set in (correct me if I’m wrong on this one)
•The person behind the singing voice did a fantastic job, they sung it the best way possible. It’s slow, and it’s just perfect for it’s his song

When he said “not a stage or page where I belong”, he changed his voice to sort of fit those words- referencing how Bendy takes on various roles in the cartoons (compared to less in the comics). CG5’s remix, which more invokes the comics/ink, does not have that, which I think is a great detail.
