Okay - it's time for mushy appreciation. Words can not describe how freaking gorgeous every single element of this video is. I can merely attempt to do so in my own words. Here it goes: The composition is sublime, the mixing is gorgeous, the ADR is fantastic, the expressions are absolutely something to die for, and the overall animation - both 2D and 3D - feels perfect in just about every single way. It's STUNNING. I'm proud of everybody working on this project. To Squiggly, Gabe, Pucca, Xio, and Austin... It's already 2022 and I still love this song. It has one of the most catchy keyboard pieces I have heard so far ever since this video was uploaded. The vocalist really fits Bendy perfectly, not to mention the amazing chorus. Great work!
Okay I’ve spent the past 30 min constantly rewatching this, analyzing it over and over again for the animation itself, me being a geek off this stuff. And the main thing that really caught my attention is that while yes, it does use both 3D and 2D animation in it, I feel like some people aren’t catching is that it is CONSTANTLY mixed whenever the 3D models are shown. If someone were to notice, everything besides the mouth on Bendy’s model is the model itself, while the mouth is actually 2D animated, and you can actually see what the normal model looks like at 3:02 (the ones that are snapping on the sides, notice the thicker lines for the mouth while the singing Bendy has a thinner mouth for easier animation). And I’m pretty sure that Henry’s mouth AND eyes is 2D animated as well. And holy crap: that is outstanding. The amount of time this must’ve taken alone on that with making sure the action of the face and the lipsync match is truly incredible. Really amazing job Squigglydigg and Puccagarukiss, so well done and I truly applaud your efforts! ^^
Dear sweet lord almighty, this is the greatest thing since finding the Toon Henry au. The art, the story, the everything about this au. It is my number one favorite au of anything ever, even compared to the aus from stuff like undertale and FNAF, both because of Squiggly's INCREDIBLE art and the fanfics written by Inicole1990! All together, they make this AU the most amazing, artistic, and heartwarming of all time! Every single time I check out the comic strips and doodles or reread the fanfics a hundred times over, I continue to get such a thrill from it! Truly, this au is a work of art, and this video is just further reason to love it, because this is just exceptional, and the song is so freaking catchy! I'm totally gonna listen to it a million times and learn all the words! (And for the record, I still find the 'off-model eyes' idea a freaking genius detail that I love so, so, soooo much XD Add that with the 'mirror gag', I just died a little with pure joy as a dedicated writer to see something to creative and fascinating. Squiggly, if nothing else, you have created something that has truly inspired and excited me in a way nothing seems able to anymore, especially since my obsession with Sonic the Hedgehog finally came to a sad end after over twenty years as a fan.) God, you just don't see 3D and 2D animation effects blended so seamlessly together like this anymore. I especially love the facial expressions, and the lip syncing was perfect. With so many cheap MMD videos, you appreciate things like this all the more, the angles for Bendy was another great thing that kinda reminded me of how they animate Mickey Mouse when he turns his head. If I could spam the like button, I definitely would on this video. It's just such a visual and audible pleasure.

this song takes on a hint of irony when you realize the artist behind the animation, SquigglyDigg, deleted all of his bendy art without warning and for seemingly no reason. He abandoned his creations just like Henry did.

This has video oozes so much charm and passion. It keeps the edge of BATIM while telling a well thought out, relatable, and compelling story. And the icing on the cake is the music. The song makes me think of a dark Disney movie. Can’t wait for Part 2!

You know, showing his little "innocent" crush more often and obviously? And then one day, Henry accidentally hurts and pushes Bendy away; He then gets "trapped" in his own heartbreak and grief (1:45-1:49). After, he keeps trying to decide when to try to convince Henry to love him for years (of course, after he gets out of his psychological prison). This awesome cartoon would show Bendy showing his affection and love towards Henry (but Henry keeps seeing this...well, as a threat). In my own version of the ending, Henry then sees the message and apologizes to Bendy. Bendy then forgives him and lets him go. Before Henry leaves, Bendy says, "Henry, old pal, be safe out there." It's just something I like to imagine while I listen to this song (the one with the lyrics, of course). A bit weird, don't you think?

Okay I’ve spent the past 30 min constantly rewatching this, analyzing it over and over again for the animation itself, me being a geek off this stuff. And the main thing that really caught my attention is that while yes, it does use both 3D and 2D animation in it, I feel like some people aren’t catching is that it is CONSTANTLY mixed whenever the 3D models are shown.
If someone were to notice, everything besides the mouth on Bendy’s model is the model itself, while the mouth is actually 2D animated, and you can actually see what the normal model looks like at 3:02 (the ones that are snapping on the sides, notice the thicker lines for the mouth while the singing Bendy has a thinner mouth for easier animation). And I’m pretty sure that Henry’s mouth AND eyes is 2D animated as well.
And holy crap: that is outstanding. The amount of time this must’ve taken alone on that with making sure the action of the face and the lipsync match is truly incredible. Really amazing job Squigglydigg and Puccagarukiss, so well done and I truly applaud your efforts! ^^

I believe the Eyes for Bendy are 2D animated as well, they have some facial expressions which most likely wouldn't be in the model itself.

Dear sweet lord almighty, this is the greatest thing since finding the Toon Henry au. The art, the story, the everything about this au. It is my number one favorite au of anything ever, even compared to the aus from stuff like undertale and FNAF, both because of Squiggly's INCREDIBLE art and the fanfics written by Inicole1990! All together, they make this AU the most amazing, artistic, and heartwarming of all time! Every single time I check out the comic strips and doodles or reread the fanfics a hundred times over, I continue to get such a thrill from it! Truly, this au is a work of art, and this video is just further reason to love it, because this is just exceptional, and the song is so freaking catchy! I'm totally gonna listen to it a million times and learn all the words!
(And for the record, I still find the 'off-model eyes' idea a freaking genius detail that I love so, so, soooo much XD Add that with the 'mirror gag', I just died a little with pure joy as a dedicated writer to see something to creative and fascinating. Squiggly, if nothing else, you have created something that has truly inspired and excited me in a way nothing seems able to anymore, especially since my obsession with Sonic the Hedgehog finally came to a sad end after over twenty years as a fan.)

God, you just don't see 3D and 2D animation effects blended so seamlessly together like this anymore. I especially love the facial expressions, and the lip syncing was perfect. With so many cheap MMD videos, you appreciate things like this all the more, the angles for Bendy was another great thing that kinda reminded me of how they animate Mickey Mouse when he turns his head.
If I could spam the like button, I definitely would on this video. It's just such a visual and audible pleasure.

You know, showing his little "innocent" crush more often and obviously? And then one day, Henry accidentally hurts and pushes Bendy away; He then gets "trapped" in his own heartbreak and grief (1:45-1:49). After, he keeps trying to decide when to try to convince Henry to love him for years (of course, after he gets out of his psychological prison). This awesome cartoon would show Bendy showing his affection and love towards Henry (but Henry keeps seeing this...well, as a threat). In my own version of the ending, Henry then sees the message and apologizes to Bendy. Bendy then forgives him and lets him go. Before Henry leaves, Bendy says, "Henry, old pal, be safe out there." It's just something I like to imagine while I listen to this song (the one with the lyrics, of course). A bit weird, don't you think?
