This parts work approach to wellbeing is so important! Great talk! This inspired me to get Chat GPT to act as my self-saboteur to figure out why I chew my fingernails. It was a very interesting technique,. Obviously, active imagination is a thousand times better because its more direct and it really knows whats inside. But its a good start point, highly recommend it :)

My inner saboteur struck this weekend. What does he want, that he us in such opposition to my current life circumstances? What does he need that I am not providing him that he needed to act out so radically to get my attention?
Hey there, can you do an episode analyzing Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. I think it really strikes at something society wants to obsess over, and even somehow polarized people who think it’s got satanic secret messages. It’s stood the test of decades, and I think many people would feel interested and connected to the discussion.
Maybe other songs that spurred conspiracy theories or became larger than life could be included if you do an episode
