This is the soundtrack that plays when following the Stranger into Cattail Field. Couldn't find a normal, nonextended version, so I did it myself. This version of Sugar Star Planetarium is not on OMOCAT's playlist because it is actually the OST slowed by 50%.

Reading that like while in space emotionally wrecked me beyond a point of no return.
Remembering that childlike wish, when he created an imaginary world he made sure they all got to explore space with each other. There's something about the innocent altruistic nature of it, inadvertently cherishing your memories like that.
      Fuck this game.

Fun fact, this song slowed down sounds a lot like the song that plays in _that_ room with Mewo. :)

One thing I noticed is that the sky during this scene looks like a realistic picture of the milky way, just like Black Space has realistic pictures of drawings and places. It's like Sunny has buried the real world behind a cartoon world

the other songs make me sad because i associate them with the sad events in the game, but this one just got to me from the moment i heard it. it makes me feel so introspective and hyper aware of all the things ive done or not done in my life, and where theyve lead me.

This song still devastates me to this day. Going through Sunny’s Memories like this really just messes me up in a way nothing else in this game did. It was the closest I got to tears as I watched him recall the happiest times in his life contrasted by the slow song that plays in the background. The scenery does so much for this song, too.
Sunny really lost a lot the day Mari died. It’s the day his perfect life crumbled to pieces. I think this moment really gets me wondering just *how* he managed to power through when he was alone for so long with no one to help him crawl his way out of it all. Today, you see Sunny portrayed in the fandom as someone so weak, when I think his Headspace shows just how truly *amazing* he is for making it through everything. It’s why I want to see him accepted and loved; it’s why I want to see him grow and keep moving. It makes me feel like I’m Mari-the way I want him to succeed.
Listening to this and thinking of the Bad Ending in mind is close to bringing me to tears again, even when I know this game inside out. I hope one day I can create a game like Omori that will make people cry and make them love the friendships they made.
If you look into this game too hard you see flaws and imperfections, even in the characters that’re the best aspect of this game. But when you sit back and recall that first time… it almost feels like those flaws are nonexistent.
The old video I commented on got deleted, but I hope for anyone else listening to this song 2 years later will read this and feel the way I feel right now.

Yeah... The first time I experienced this area I was kind of in awe, taking in the new information.
The second time (replayed it for the other route), however, it absolutely ripped me to shreds. Like I will never ever hear this version of the song again and not be reduced to tears.
It is incredible what they did in this game to make a song so emotionally impactful by simply slowing it down

Is a shame that Omori don't got a extreme ammount of fame, like undertale or other indie game...
that is because it got uploaded in a date where games like "Friday Night Funking" where taking all the popularity...
And yes, Omori marked my life... it changed me. even more than death note

This song can either bring Joy or Sadness, with the feeling of something that once was is no longer. You’re Glad that you got to be apart of it, or Sad because you’ll never get to experience it again.

Hello to everyone who ever played Omori.
No matter how much time pass, one day you will eventually return here because this part of OST is breaking the 4th wall. This part of the game is addressing message not only to Omori/Sunny but to you as well.
And if "August/Water" is more about loneliness and desolation, "Sugar Star Planetarium" has a different pallete of feelings.
Nostalgia-inducing theme that strikes you right in the heart and leave a sadness and melancholy. It's touching your heart strings, makes you feel about brightest moments of your life that happened which you can't return back.
An ultimate yearning, longing for something unattainable.

Unreachable with the janky, expensive rockets the we currently use. Humanity has plenty of time to find *some* way to make FTL travel possible.

A lot and a LOT of times i feel identified with Sunny, we have a lot of things in common...
I have dark hair and Pale skin like him
    I don't talk so much
Im almost everyday feeling sad or stressed...
And the most important thing... I literally losted my big sister when i was 12 years old, exactly like Sunny... not in the same way but she passed away.
Her name was "Violeta"... she passed away in a car accident when i was 12 years old... i felt destroyed... and i can't even start to imagine the pain thay Sunny felt... he don't lost his sister and done... he lost everything, friends, his family stopped to care, he even stopped going to school...
I feel horrible but happy... and bond to the game, to Sunny... because i literally losted my big sister with his age, because our genetic is similar...
Is subreal... i never thinked i could feel this connected with a fictional character of a game with pixelart...
But this is more than just a game, for me is a way for cope... because even if nothing is real... i can see him in the screen, i can see someone that passed for the same as me... but im better now...
i was 12, now im 17... i miss my sister but i feel better now... sometimes i cry but at the end... i have this game for cope.
I feel like im depending on Omori for feel feelings... i literally feel like my feeling don't matters if im not feeding myself with Omori sad content.
That is... Rest in peace, "Violeta"... i'm not a dwarf anymore, right?... I wish you were with me to see how much I've grown... I miss you... Come Back
